到了目的地，因为天气较炎热，一些老年人想在车上等。此前导游介绍活动时间为40分钟，他们正好休息一下。面对这个要求，导游颇为难地同意了。当其余人都下车之后，留下的3名老人发现，司机关了空调也下车了，门窗紧闭的车厢极为闷热，老人只得到车外等待。
此次行程最明显的特点莫过于导游的“沉默”，6天行程中，到了晚上导游就自动消失，旅客想询问任何自费项目，导游也三缄其口，完全跟着行程单。“不能多说，万一被旅客抓住话柄，回去一投诉，执照都没了。”导游很谨慎。
行程中，曼谷和芭提雅分别有1天自由活动。同行的一对年轻夫妇想欣赏“泰拳表演”，这在新法实施前，几乎是所有泰国游线的保留节目。“我们问了一下，个人购票大概要人民币1000元一张，但如果是旅行社介绍的话，可能只要一半价钱。”男青年小胡说，他希望导游能够帮他拿到这个优惠，但被断然拒绝。“人妖秀、成人秀、泰拳等这些表演全部都不在行程安排里，不能给你们推荐。”导游说。此后不管小胡如何保证绝不会说出去，导游就是不松口。最终，小胡夫妇只好通过网络订票，自行欣赏了一场泰拳比赛。
跟小胡有同样失落的还有一对中年夫妇。他们在曼谷时希望去免税店购物，向导游询问路线和地址时，却一问三不知。“你们可以去酒店前台询问。”导游这样跟他们推荐。
不过，对于旅客的购物需求，旅行社还是做了一定考虑。在曼谷的最后一天下午，当大家都困顿不堪，想要回酒店休息时，发现大巴停在一条繁华的街上。导游示意大家可以下去自由活动一会儿。下了车才发现，十米开外，就是曼谷最大的免税店。同行旅客一扫之前的疲态，快步奔过去。不远处，导游靠在车门上微笑。
地陪改行 出租车司机“兼职”拉客
实际上，受新法影响最大的还有泰国当地的导游。国内旅游的模式一般都是中国领队加当地地陪，一般地陪是没有固定工资的，完全靠游客进购物点扫货或参加自费项目获取提成。提成的比例一般在10%—20%，固定项目包括骑大象、看鳄鱼、看毒蛇研究中心、看各种秀。购物点则更多的是皮革制品、泰国香薰、精油制品等。
“业内有一种‘赌团’说法，就是地陪在承接旅行团前，不知道该团的购物能力，有些碰运气的成分，如果遇到购物大户，地陪靠一个团赚个几万块并不少见。”施先生说。但新法实施后，地陪的生意直接受到影响。
记者多年前采访过一名曼谷当地的导游池浩，上海人，主要承接上海团，2005年就到了曼谷，后来在当地结婚生子。此次前往泰国，又联系了他，希望能够帮忙安排自由活动当天行程。“我不做导游了，现在做代购。”接通电话后，池浩的第一句话就把记者说懵了。
池浩改行也就这个月的事情，此前经历了惨淡的十月。整整一个月，他接了10个团，收入却不到此前的十分之一，一些相熟的购物点都不能带客过去，提成自然拿不到。池浩干脆专心做代购。“购物点还是能够给我折扣，这样可以赚些中间差价。”做了大半个月，生意还不错，少了之前的日晒雨淋，“以后的事情，再观望一下。”
没有池浩的安排，记者与几名旅伴只好自行出门。因为路况不熟，于是叫了辆出租车。当司机听说记者要前往铂尔曼酒店后，便用蹩脚的中文问道：“皮带和玉石要不要看？”原来，司机认识一家店，此前也是旅行社必去的购物点，如今流失近9成客流。
店老板认为出租车司机最有可能与游客接触，于是发展数十名司机作为“导购”，只要司机将游客载来此处，就会给予一定补贴。带着一份好奇，记者表示愿意前往，司机很兴奋，还主动免去车费。半个小时后，看到记者一行带着几个购物袋出门，司机殷勤地又是拎包又是开门，最后还免费将大家送去了原本目的地铂尔曼。
新法实施后，有人转行，有人跳槽，但业内却普遍认为，严厉的法律对泰国旅游来说不是坏事，这是一个重拾规范的机会，也是提高品质的开始。

▼购物游典型韩国：
釜山－济州岛-首尔6日团队游
看大海、赏雪景、追韩星、买化妆品，近几年随着韩剧热播，韩国成为出境游的一大热点。虽然有不少人觉得韩国景点没什么特色，他们的特色美食在上海大街小巷也能尝到，但由韩剧中走出来的“韩美人”还是使大家眼前一亮，韩国的化妆品就备受女孩的推崇，到韩国去“囤货”成为出游时尚。
价格上涨 行程变得紧凑了
韩国除了济州岛有一些特色景点外，首尔和釜山的景点和中国大城市都差不多，很多景点都是依托了韩剧火爆后开发成一条特色旅游线路。
由于确定时间晚，记者在两周前才刚刚提交这款“釜山—济州—首尔6日团队游”的行程表。和“十一”前最少三千就能拿下这个行程相比，如今这条主打“实惠”的线路价格涨到5000元。不过和以往合同中写明到了当地要支付给境外导游和司机服务费这个项目被重点划了出来，改为这些服务费包含在产品中，游客无须再支付给领队。“现在为了避免行程中涉及各种费用，我们都会事先将所有费用计算清楚，一次性提前支付。”在确认行程时，旅行社工作人员解释。
机场指定地点集合，到了釜山与境外导游交接，领队全程陪同。“梅姐”，是这个20人旅行团的境外导游，虽说入了韩国国籍，可从出生到读大学都在东北，带着一股浓重的东北口音。由于事先行程单已经说明，根据飞机的行程和当地实际情况，可能会对酒店及景点次序做调整，梅姐一上来就将行程中可能涉及的一些变动给大家说了一遍，再三表示，所有行程单所涉及的景点，都会给大家去，只可能比上面原本标注的时间要长。
在整整六天的行程中，记者发现，虽然有一些景点并不是很丰富，粗略一看只需十多分钟，但梅姐告诉司机每次开车时间都是掐着点的。此外，记者发现，无论是釜山还是济州或是首尔，只要涉及景点中包含以购物为主的步行街等区域时，梅姐总会格外关注车辆所停靠位置，有时明明已经非常接近景点，她也会让车子尽量往前面开一点，在比较空旷的地方放下游客。问及原因，她苦笑着说，身边有一个同行曾因为停车没停好差点被旅行社开除。原来这位同行当时让旅行大巴停在一家旅游商店门口，如今是不允许带游客进这种购物商店的。如果车子停在这里，被游客拍照，很容易让人误解。“我们现在连停车都非常当心，大家不想这个时候成为出头鸟。”梅姐说道。
全车签名 未能改变原定行程
“新《旅游法》实施前，人是活的，规矩是死的，大家可以灵活调整。现在，人和规矩都是‘死’的，一点都不能动。”在此次六天行程中，共安排到购物景点的时间不过3个半小时，让许多想要血拼的团友大叹时间不够用。
在行程第三天，记者一团20人已抵达济州岛，由于此前釜山行程非常满，几乎没有购物时间，这让团内不少年轻人蠢蠢欲动，希望能在济州岛的行程中多给点空余时间购物。根据行程，当天下午会安排一个半小时新罗免税店的活动项目，但之前，必须参观完在岛另外一头的两个景点，其中一个还是中文海水浴场。11月份，去海水浴场，还被安排50分钟的参观时间，这个项目几乎得到全团反对。大家纷纷表示节约这50分钟，直接开到免税店。但这个提议当即就被梅姐否决。她表示，行程单上的内容只可能多不可能少，她没有权利随意改变行程或是取消参观项。就这样，在一片反对声中，整个团被载到这处海水浴场。由于天气比较冷，根本不适合到沙滩上玩，仅仅十分钟，大家的参观就告一段落。当所有人将“希望”的目光射向梅姐时，她无奈地摇了摇头说，“我知道大家的心情，我也不愿意在这个时间点上让大家在海边吹冷风，但我们要照章办事，最多我延长半小时大家在免税店的活动作为补偿。”
看着大家一肚子怨气，梅姐在车上表示，以前，若是改变行程的话，只要大家统一在更改行程表上签名就可以。新法实施后，这种方法不允许了，旅行社方面会担心游客当时是签了名，回国后就说当时是被导游和其他团友胁迫才写的，并非个人意愿，到那个时候，导游是怎么都说不清的了。
同样的问题又出现在第五天的行程上。当天的重头戏就是下午两点半到五点半的明洞游程。由于当天正值双休日，原本明洞就位于首尔闹市区，人流量、车流量都非常多。再加上首尔温度较低，几乎在摄氏零度左右，一大早出发去往景福宫就有人提出能否缩短上午两个景点的活动时间。虽然团友与梅姐都很熟了，但在行程安排这条“红线”上，梅姐还是相当坚决地予以否定。不过考虑到明洞是当天最后一个活动项目，梅姐就同意将最后明洞的集合时间推迟一个小时。
接不到团 土产店变综合性商店
参观人参店、自费汗蒸房、泡菜馆互动，这几个项目曾是韩国团队游中是必不可少的项目，如今在行程中几乎都不涉及。梅姐表示，相比东南亚游中一些比较不规范的购物商店，韩国的旅游市场一直井然有序的，也不会出现宰客现象，有很多人会发现，有时行程中安排的购物点买东西的价格要比自己去商场买来的便宜。
和韩国其他地方不同，济州岛是属于落地免签，这两年成为中国人旅游的热点。济州岛上的店铺都会有一些中文标注，招聘中文过硬的服务员。
由于新法实施后，原本专门销售人参或是土特产的店铺已接待不到旅行团，所以记者看见很多店铺已经转型，由单一的土特产销改为集日用百货为一体的综合性商店。记者的这个团有几位年纪比较大的团员，这次到韩国来想购买一些人参。几位团员提出由梅姐带他们去买人参，但这个提议很快被梅姐拒绝了。她表示，虽然韩国人参都还不错，但品牌最好选择免税店里的牌子，一分价钱一分货。至于到其他地方采购，梅姐表示，在整个行程中自己是不能带游客过去的。

新加坡—吉隆坡6日私家团游
新加坡是世界上面积最小的几个国家之一，被称为“城市国家”。这里汇聚了现代与传统，融合了东西文化之精粹，加上它的整洁环境和充满都市气息的氛围，让这个“小国”散发着魅力。因为地处亚热带，新加坡全年的气温都在30摄氏度上下，人们可以不问季节就轻松前往，去体验这座城市国家的悠然与休闲。
因为圣淘沙的各种游乐项目，也因为全球最大的摩天轮，更因为鼎鼎有名的夜间动物园，新加坡近年来越来越成为中国家庭亲子游的首选目的地。
私家团热 出行游线随心定
新加坡的自费项目不多，购物点也相对规范透明，因此成为为数不多受新法冲击较小的目的国。在旅游线路一片“涨”声情况下，新加坡游线的价格相对平稳，一般不超过10%，这让一些原本就确定国庆后出游的旅客感觉幸运。
新加坡地方较小，大多会与马来西亚甚至泰国合在一起。马来西亚的景点较多，大多分散，与新加坡相连的景点主要是吉隆坡和马六甲。一般来说，这样行程安排多为6天，价格在5000元至9000元不等，景点相差不大，区别在于入住酒店。“如果一同出行的朋友人数超过10个，可以考虑私家团。”沪上一家旅行社经理邓波说。实际上，私家团并非新鲜事物，但长期以来受到低价团冲击，私家团市场并不明显。新法实施后，旅行团普遍涨价，使得私家团的价格差别变得没那么明显，能够为旅客量身定做游线的优势更加凸显。私家团开始异军突起，瓜分起旅游市场的蛋糕。
新加坡最大的优势在于语言沟通相对便当，因此游客对于导游的依赖性会相对弱一些。组私家团游览新加坡，是最佳选择。
在征得另三组家庭的同意后，记者参加了一个纯粹“亲子游”私家团，价格比同类团游产品略贵1000元。在材料收集齐全后，领队召集四个家庭确定行程。一番沟通后，大家基本上确定新加坡3晚加吉隆坡2晚的旅游线路，此次旅途中，孩子们的游乐时间占一半以上：在新加坡第一天就前往乘坐摩天轮，第二天涵盖日间动物园和夜间动物园，第三天是到圣淘沙环球影城，城市景区观光占20%，大多是车游，除此之外，仅有半天时间用于购物。
“我的前一个私家团是去购物的，基本上每天都要奔波于各大商场。”领队感慨，他从十一后就一直在接私家团，每个团都千差万别。“私家团对于旅客来说，既能解决交通上的问题，又能充分享受自由度。”
相对灵活 行程可简单变动
十一月正好是新加坡人放冬假的时间，处处都感受到节日的气氛，不少商场已经开始为圣诞节装扮，四处可以看到欢笑的孩子们。
到达的当天已经是傍晚，入住酒店后，按照原计划前往鱼尾狮公园，远眺金莎，乘坐摩天轮。担心摩天轮排队，预留了2个小时。或许因为当天下着小雨，这一地块人并不多。在鱼尾狮雕像下拍个照，沿着河边小路走到摩天轮下，排队的人并不多，转了一圈下来发现，距离领队安排的集合时间还有半个小时。6个小时飞机已经让孩子们尽显疲惫，家长们想要早点返回休息，在与小崔商量后，得到赞同，大巴司机迅速到位，将一行12人送回酒店。“因为你们是私家团，可以相对灵活，其他旅行团就不敢这么做。”小崔说。
这种灵活也在第三天的行程中让人感到舒适。当天的安排是玩转环球影城，再前往巴拉望沙滩，探寻东亚最南端。按照导游经验，环球影城是小孩子们的最爱，一般都恋恋不舍，可谁知这个私家团里的一个5岁小女孩玥玥，在看了怪物史瑞克的3D电影后，就害怕地哭泣，连哄带骗看了未来水世界的水上表演后，恐惧感一发不可收拾，大吵大闹到其他家庭都没法继续。
玥玥的母亲孟女士也很无奈，虽然环球影城的精华还有很多，但女儿情绪抵触，也不能勉强。孟女士提出，能否由她带着玥玥先行离去，等到其他孩子们都玩好了再会和。
领队原本是不肯的，但是架不住玥玥的眼泪和孟女士的恳求，最终在孟女士出具书面保证后，同意她们先行离去。从环球影城一出来，玥玥就破涕为笑，母女俩在门口的糖果店逗留了很久。当领队带着另外10名团友从环球影城出来时，就看到玥玥在跟巧克力模型拍照，满脸灿烂的笑容。
“钻空子”大巴停在商场停车场
新加坡是购物的天堂。虽然行程中对于购物的明确安排只有半天，但事实上，地陪和司机却一直在给游客提供“便利”。每天的行程安排都到晚饭截止，虽然用餐点都是在一些特色的风味餐厅，但下车后就会发现，司机总是机缘巧合地将车停在了某一个商场的停车场。从电梯进入，就是琳琅满目的各类名品店。到最后半天，司机甚至直接将车子停在乌节路路口，从车上下来，就能随意进入到任何商场。压抑了数日的购物欲望瞬间爆发，几个家庭迅速投入到“血拼”中。半天的时间快得像是几分钟，当领队打电话要求集合的时候，几乎每个人手中都是大包小包。
新加坡的各类店铺都非常规范，几乎没有任何强买强卖的情况。在一家店里如果没有找到心仪的款式，店员还会非常热心地帮忙查询，告知客人到哪家店可以买到这一款式，到哪家店可以享有最低折扣。
