　　【新民网·独家报道】备受关注的“复旦投毒案”于今天(11月27日)9时30分在上海市第二中级人民法院C101法庭公开开庭审理，被告林森浩被指控涉嫌故意杀人。新民网记者全程旁听此案。

　　当被问到警方问询时，林某为何没有告知黄洋病因时。林某表示：我认为所放的剂量是很少的，黄洋当时是一个病程。其次实验中的大多数大鼠并没有死亡。

　　林某表示，4月1日下午知道黄洋患病，实验中有一种推论是会自行好转的，但在实验中并没有做出证实。
