复旦投毒案：林某“愚人节”想“整黄洋”
【新民晚报·新民网】从春天到冬天，季节3次更迭，承受丧子之痛的黄国强(受害人黄洋的父亲)在自贡和上海之间往返多次，每次旅程都是一种刻骨的煎熬。11月27日上午9时30分，上海市第二中级人民法院C101法庭，复旦大学医学院学生林森浩涉嫌以投毒方式故意杀人案公开开庭。
涉嫌故意杀人罪
今天上午8时不到，已经有众多听到消息的市民来到法院门口，希望旁听此案，其中不少为复旦大学的学生。黄洋的母亲和大姨等，林森浩的家人，复旦大学医学院的老师等近50人在法庭现场旁听，其他人观看了庭审的监控录像。黄洋的父亲黄国强没有出现在旁听席上，据其家人介绍，他将作为证人出庭作证。
9时30分，27岁的林森浩被押送上法庭，他瘦瘦高高、眉目清秀、身穿迷彩背心，略带广东口音。
根据检察机关起诉，林森浩因琐事与室友黄洋不合，怀恨在心。今年3月31日，林从实验室里偷取了二甲基亚硝胺，在宿舍的饮水机中投放了二甲基亚硝胺，最终导致黄洋中毒，多器官损伤死亡。其行为手段残忍、犯罪事实清楚，应以故意杀人罪追究责任。
庭审两大关注
对于公诉人的指控，林森浩表示，“对投毒的事实没有异议”，但是认为指控中“因琐事不合、决意杀害黄洋”不是事实。
为情、为保博名额、抑或其他争执而投毒？投的毒从哪里来，成为庭审的两大关注焦点。
关注焦点一：下的什么毒？毒药从哪里来？
活蹦乱跳的大活人几天之间肝脏衰竭导致死亡，事发时有传言称黄洋喝的水中被下了“十倍剂量的试验用药”，且有四氧嘧啶、二甲基亚硝胺、四氯化碳三种说法。
今天上午，在法庭上，根据检测结果显示，令黄洋中毒的是一种二甲基亚硝胺的化学物质，该物质毒性强，常用于医药及食品分析研究，可在实验动物中人为制造肝损伤的模型。
在法庭上，林森浩回忆了自己获取二甲基亚硝胺的过程。“3月31日下午，我从实验室出来，假意说自己有东西忘在实验室，从实验室吕某的手中拿到了钥匙。”来到实验室后，林森浩马上找到了装有二甲基亚硝胺的纸盒和注射器，用一个黄色医疗废弃袋装好后拿走。
他随即去看望了中山医院的老师，并将袋子藏在超声室角落里，等晚上吃好饭后返回，拿着袋子回到宿舍。趁宿舍无人，将纸盒和注射器中的二甲基亚硝胺从饮水机水槽里倒入。出门分两个地方将黄色废弃袋等物品丢入垃圾箱中。
林森浩承认，下毒后，自己曾多次上网搜索“二甲基亚硝胺”，检索到该物质会损害肝功能，甚至会造成死亡，但他没有中止自己的行为。
当晚，黄洋回来后并没有喝饮水机的水，直到第二天早上8时左右，他用自己的白色杯子装了水后，喝完后马上有呕吐的现象。“但我假装躺在床上睡觉，后来接了个手机，赶紧出了宿舍，没敢和他打照面。”
关注焦点二：同住一室，为何下毒？
此前，对于林森浩的投毒动机，曾有为情、为保博名额、抑或其他争执而投毒的种种传言。
今天上午，林森浩在法庭上坦言，并非因为读博、生活琐事等原因下毒。在林森浩眼中，“黄洋聪明、优秀，但有些自以为是。和自己的性格、价值观有较大差异。但两人并没有太大矛盾，只是对他有点看不惯。”
促使林森浩下毒的源于4月1日“愚人节”。他在法庭上陈述，他在宿舍里听说黄洋等人说要在“愚人节整人”，觉得黄洋“对自己和对别人的标准不一样”，决定也要“整整他”。
而且，林森浩还听说在其他地方也有投毒事件，但最终也不了了之，查无结果。为此他从实验室里偷取了二甲基亚硝胺。此前，他曾在大鼠上做过相关实验，并撰写了多篇学术论文。
在黄洋被送进重症监护室后，林森浩说，“自己还怀着侥幸心理，估计他不会死的，和同学一起去看望了他，但出于心虚，不敢和他说话。”
