　　【新民网·独家报道】 备受关注的“复旦投毒案”于今天(11月27日)9时30分在上海市第二中级人民法院C101法庭公开开庭审理，被告林森浩被指控涉嫌故意杀人。新民网记者全程旁听此案。

　　林某在庭审中说，4月5日、6日、8日，自己都去重症监护室看过黄洋，“从玻璃窗外看见，黄洋表情还是比较自然的。我不敢和他说话。”

　　据林某表述，第一次是去看黄洋的情况，第二次是想看看黄洋有没有好转，是单独去的，碰到当时会诊的一个医生；第三次没有见到黄洋，是通过他人了解黄洋的情况，并且碰到黄洋父母，他们跟林某讲了情况不是很理想。

　　林某庭审中陈述，4月11日，公安机关人员找过他两次，他没有说出事实。(新民网记者 胡彦珣)
