　　【新民网·独家报道】备受关注的“复旦投毒案”于今天(11月27日)在上海市第二中级人民法院C101法庭公开开庭审理，被告人林某被指控涉嫌故意杀人。新民网记者全程旁听此案。

　　证人证言中提到室友葛某的证词，有一次葛某在回寝室时偶遇黄洋，知道他喝水后不舒服，孙师兄带黄洋去中山医院检查，葛因为认识就一起去了。随后老师让葛到寝室去拿水样查病因，并帮黄洋拿证件。

　　葛说他看到寝室水桶和机器是分离的，水桶在桌子下面，里面只有少部分的水，他取了水样，因为是专业学生，所以知道无菌操作。

　　之后葛发现黄洋病情严重，血小板很低，感觉像中毒。后来去看了病理资料，联想到林之前做过类似的实验。上网搜论文后，发现林写过二甲基亚硝胺导致肝功能受损论文。发现之后打给孙师兄电话，让他调查，孙问为什么，这时候正好林回寝室，他就只能发短信给孙。所以之前新闻报道中所提到的神秘短信，其实是室友葛发的。(新民网 胡彦珣)
