林森浩作案动机引发外界关注
近年来，不论是至今未破案的清华女生朱令铊中毒案还是已经执行死刑的马加爵杀人案，都引发了社会的极大关注。人们在寻求知晓犯罪分子作案动机的同时，也在思考其背后折射出的教育缺失问题。
林森浩的作案动机曾一度引发网友热议和猜测，三大版本之一的“竞博”说被校方称没有事实依据，“情杀”说被警方排除，“误杀”说则被同学称没有根据不可能。
上海市公安局4月19日下午发布消息称，经警方初步查明，林某因生活琐事与黄某不和，心存不满，经事先预谋，3月31日中午，将其做实验后剩余并存放在实验室内的剧毒化合物带至寝室，注入饮水机水槽。
但具体是什么样的琐事引发投毒行为，警方并未公布，因此，网友对林黄二人关系及林森浩作案动机仍存有疑问。
此外，林森浩投毒使用的N-二甲基亚硝胺具体如何从实验室获得，以及校方是否负有管理责任也引发质疑。就此，教育部办公厅事后下发通知，要求进一步严格管理实验室危险化学品。
黄洋遗体存放半年多仍未下葬
相比于公众对案件的好奇，黄洋的家人更希望了解事件的真相。据悉，黄洋的父母也将赶往上海参加庭审。
黄洋父亲表示，4月3日得知儿子患病的消息后，就从重庆飞到上海，曾在儿子的寝室住了一晚，和儿子同寝室的两位同学见过面，见过投毒嫌疑人，未发现异常。
黄洋的父亲称，黄洋的遗体已经在殡仪馆放了半年多时间，他们只有在凶手受到应有惩罚之后，才会让黄洋入土为安。对于赔偿，他们目前还没有过多地考虑。“我现在想的就是逞凶追责，还黄洋一个公道”，他说。
相比黄家的悲痛，林家也陷入一场灾难。直到4月15日，黄洋离开人世的前一天，林父才接到上海来的噩耗。林父不敢相信，还在电话里笑着说“儿子不会做这种事情的”。林母在接受媒体采访时声泪俱下，说儿子是被人陷害的。林森浩姐姐则表示，据她了解，弟弟是一位善良的人，心地非常好，有同情心。(完)
