复旦大学投毒案今日在上海市第二中级人民法院开庭，预计庭审持续一天时间。据介绍，审理该案的审判长王智刚曾是轰动一时的“杨佳袭警案”的审判长。
今年4月，复旦大学医学院研究生黄洋在寝室中毒后死亡，同室学生林森浩涉案被捕。事发7个月来，林森浩的真实作案动机仍像一团迷雾令外界不得而知。而黄洋的遗体则一直存放在上海的殡仪馆中，至今不能入土还乡。
被害人父亲因证人身份不能旁听
虽然黄洋已经去世7个月，父亲黄国强还保留着黄洋的微信和微博账号，上面黄洋和同学的聊天记录也都一一保留着。黄国强有时会用黄洋的账号和儿子的同学们沟通。他随身携带的一小本相册里，是黄洋从出生到19岁时的照片。
和事发时相比，黄国强和他老伴儿的精神状态略有缓和。11月25日晚，夫妻俩和亲友已从四川老家乘飞机赶到上海，等待一审开庭。他们说自己心中关于案情也有很多谜团，希望庭审时能够解开。
上海市第二中级人民法院昨日已更新开庭公告。公告显示，复旦投毒案将于今日上午9点30分、下午1点30分，分两次开庭审理。被告人林森浩由上海市人民检察院第二分院提起公诉，涉嫌罪名仍是“故意杀人罪”。该案审判长王智刚曾是轰动一时的2008年“杨佳袭警案”的审判长。
记者了解到，11月20日，法院组织当事人律师举行了庭前会议。受害人黄洋家属由上海刘春雷律师事务所执行主任叶萍提供免费代理。被告人林森浩则由上海市聚成律师事务所律师周波红进行辩护。但目前双方律师均表示，开庭前不便透露任何信息。
黄洋的父亲黄国强在之前警方调查时做过笔录，参与过调查，属于本案证人，为了保证证人证言的真实性，根据规定，黄国强不能旁听法庭审理。但其家人获得了三张旁听证，今日黄洋的母亲和两名亲戚将出庭旁听。
两人曾因分摊水费产生分歧
时间回溯到今年4月11日，上海市公安局文化保卫分局接复旦大学保卫处报案称，该校枫林校区2010级硕士研究生黄洋自4月1日饮用了寝室内饮水机中的水后出现身体不适，有中毒迹象，正在医院抢救。后确定，黄洋应为N-二甲基亚硝胺中毒。
经现场勘查和调查走访，警方认为黄洋同寝室同学、今年27岁的该校研究生林森浩有重大作案嫌疑。当晚，警方依法对林森浩实施刑事传唤，并于4月12日将其依法刑拘。
4月16日，28岁的黄洋经医院救治无效去世。4月25日，上海市黄浦区人民检察院以涉嫌故意杀人罪对复旦大学投毒案犯罪嫌疑人林森浩依法批捕。上海警方随后也出具鉴定书，认定林森浩无精神异常。
上海警方在首次披露案情时称，经警方初步查明，林森浩因生活琐事与黄洋关系不和，心存不满。3月31日中午，将其做实验后剩余并存放在实验室内的剧毒化合物带至寝室，注入饮水机槽。
但目前，林森浩的作案动机、案发过程、毒品来源等，争议颇多。警方在此前简单披露案情后，也始终没有透露更多详情。尤其是两人产生纠纷的“琐事”，具体内容仍未明确。
黄洋所住的宿舍有三名学生，其中一名姓葛的同学不经常在宿舍。平时，宿舍饮水机的水费由三人分摊。黄国强向北青报记者证实，在黄洋留下的手机里，曾有3月份给林森浩的短信，要求林森浩给宿舍饮水机换水。还有一条林森浩的回复，称自己吃水很少，不想分摊水费。
据双方的同学说，两人确因买水问题产生过争执，最后林森浩退出，自己买水喝。
但黄国强认为，“双方的矛盾肯定不只是买水那么简单。”黄洋活跃，林森浩相对沉闷。“两个人就不是同一类人，两人性格就不合。”黄国强说。
黄洋出事前，在微信群里还和同学们商量去郊区采草莓。群里，同学们都叫他“黄总”。黄洋的微信里没有加林森浩为好友。
案发后被告人曾拎水果探望黄洋
目前，黄洋的遗体仍停在殡仪馆。因为停放时间太久，模样已经有些走形。黄国强的父亲说，考虑到案件并未了结，可能还需要尸检，还暂不考虑下葬。
黄洋遗体曾接受过两次尸检。最近一次尸检在9月15日，有十几名专家参与，确认黄洋应为N-二甲基亚硝胺中毒身亡。
在黄洋出事后，算上这次参加庭审，黄国强夫妇已经五次从四川老家赶到上海了。
4月3日，得知黄洋出事后，夫妻俩在上海呆了一个多月，因身体不适回到四川。5月底，夫妻俩再次来到上海，一直呆到7月底。两次来沪，夫妻俩都和复旦校方进行了沟通。复旦也曾给黄洋家属提供在上海的生活照料。但复旦校方坚持认为自己在事件中没有责任，双方在6月中旬彻底谈崩。
其间，黄国强曾到公安局、检察院“催案”。在8月和9月，黄国强为了解案情和了解第二次尸检结果，又两次来到上海。
但黄国强表示，到目前为止，自己对案件的细节，尤其是林森浩作案的具体动机，也都不了解。
黄洋曾经的宿舍早已被锁上，空置了很久。相邻宿舍的同学早已毕业又换了新生。对曾经的投毒案，年轻的学生们也都只是耳闻。
记者在采访中得知，同屋的葛姓同学在事发后把自己的全部物品都搬走了。黄洋和林森浩的东西则留在原地未动。校方在事发后对黄洋的父母说，两人的物品作为涉案证据暂时不动。黄国强则希望，能尽快把黄洋留在学校的东西收拾好，运回老家。
4月3日，黄国强到上海当晚，还曾和林森浩同在宿舍住过。“当时同学都说黄洋和林森浩关系挺好，林森浩自己也说俩人关系很好。”黄国强说。
4月8日下午，林森浩还拎着水果到医院的重症监护室探望病重的黄洋。他问黄国强，黄洋的病情如何。得知病情严重时，林森浩说，是不是考虑下肝移植。黄国强还觉得很意外：“医生都不知道怎么办，他怎么就能想到肝移植？”
黄国强回忆，他曾问林森浩是否还念博士，林森浩说自己已联系好广东一家医院，准备工作了。
