Full Court education for the Lee

　　据北京市第一中级人民法院官方微博消息，今天上午9时，该院公开宣判上诉人李某某、王某及原审被告人魏某某(兄)、张某某、魏某某(弟)等五人强奸上诉一案。该院裁定驳回上诉人的上诉，维持原判。

　　因本案部分原审被告人的犯罪记录依法应予封存，故该院根据最高人民法院《关于适用<中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法>的解释》第487条的相关规定，未组织人员旁听本次宣判。

　　宣判结束后，合议庭结合审判情况及判决结果，对未成年上诉人和原审被告人进行法庭教育。
