Guiyang airport clearance reserve will be set up to prohibit kite flying birds

　　据了解，为了保护贵阳机场的净空和电磁环境，贵阳市政府根据相关航空和机场管理法规，结合贵阳机场实际制定了《贵阳龙洞堡国际机场净空和电磁环境保护管理规定》。《规定》自2014年1月1日起施行。

　　根据规定，贵阳机场远期规划跑道两侧各10公里、跑道端外20公里的区域将设为净空保护区，主要包括净空障碍物限制面和水平面。在保护区内除禁止从事超标净空障碍物建筑、修建强烈爆炸物仓库、排放烟雾粉尘等活动外，在跑道两侧1公里和两端3公里的范围内禁止放风筝、建禽类养殖场、燃放烟花等活动。

　　放飞信鸽和竞翔比赛爱好者也得注意了，在净空保护区内将不能放飞任何影响飞行安全的鸟类动物，在保护区外放飞鸟类动物时，其飞行线路不得穿越机场净空保护区。

　　此外，飞艇、热气球及能悬浮空中的起球等升空物体禁止在机场跑道延长线10公里、两侧各3公里的范围内升放。在保护区外升放无人驾驶自由起球需提前5日向气象主管部门申请。

　　如违反上述规定，将按相关管理条例进行处罚；造成严重后果构成犯罪的，将移送司法机关依法追究刑事责任。
