Heilongjiang heihe River coal mine was caused by exploitation of the collapse killed 4 people

　　人民网哈尔滨11月26日电（汪晓涛）记者从黑龙江省黑河市爱辉区政府部门了解到，11月24日5时20分，黑河市爱辉区罕达汽镇永发煤矿西南方向被人非法挖掘，被盗采点发生冒顶坍塌，造成4人死亡。

　　据了解，11月25日5时20分，黑河市110指挥中心接到被困人员家属报警。接警后，相关部门第一时间到达事故现场，共投入专业救护队员、附近煤矿矿工及其他救援人员100余人，并调配大型挖掘机、铲车等机械设备参与救援。经过搜救，被困井下的4人已全部遇难。

　　经初步认定，该事件为一起非法采矿案件，嫌疑人王涛已被刑拘，此案正在进一步调查中。
