假日办提3种假期调休方案供网友投票，全年11天假期总量未变，马年春节1月30日起休7天

新京报讯 今天零时，全国假日办联合多家网站发布“法定节假日调休安排调查”。此次调查是继今年10月假日调查后，全国假日办第二次通过网络征集民众对放假方式的意见。此次调查提出三个调休方案供网民投票。
截至今日0时40分，某门户网站的投票结果显示，支持率最高的是C方案，获得3801票，占53.52%，该方案提出继续保持国庆黄金周七天长假；其次是A方案，获得2004票，占28.22%，该方案提出除了春节休息七天，其他假期均取消所有调休；支持率最低的B方案获得1297票，占18.26%。
明年春节1月30日到2月5日休七天
调查问卷有针对性地列出三种全年假日调休的方案。此外，还完善了被调查者的年龄和从事职业选项，使用调查问卷更为专业。此次调查投票时间从今天零时开始到12月1日24时截止。
这份调查问卷中的三个调休选项无疑是最引人关注的内容，但无论哪套方案都没有增加或者减少全年11天节假日休息日的总量。记者注意到，三套方案都通过调借相邻的周六、周日保留了春节七天长假。根据《全国年节及纪念日放假办法》，春节的公休日为3天，调借相邻的周六、周日形成7天长假。按照这种方式，马年春节可能从2014年1月30日到2月5日休息七天，前后两个周六、周日被挪用为工作日。
调休小长假成焦点
最直接干脆不用调休的方式也在选项之中，第一套方案给出的休息方式是春节调休后放假7天，其他六个节假日按照正常的公休日来放假，也就是说国庆节休息三天，固定假期是10月1日至10月3日。其他包括元旦、清明节、劳动节、端午节、中秋节，都将只休息一天，而且是哪天放假就哪天休息，不挪动周末拼凑三天小长假。
而与之相比，第三套方案形成了春节7天假期，国庆7天假期，其他节假日逢周二、周四调整为三天小长假。

A方案
●春节放假3天，调借相邻周六、周日形成7天长假。
●国庆节放假3天，不调休，假期固定为10月1日至3日，逢周末顺延。
●元旦、清明节、劳动节、端午节、中秋节各放假1天，不调休，仅在当天放假，逢周末时周一补休。
【点评】
第一种方案，个人不是很赞同，因为只保留了春节七天长假，其他假期时间缩短，这样不利于老百姓假日旅游以及远途出行。“国情不一样，很多远距离流动是需要长假期的。”比如五一前后是春游季节，没有较长的假期不利于旅游发展。
B方案
●国庆节放假3天，调借相邻周六、周日形成5天长假，假期固定为10月1日至5日。
●元旦、清明节、劳动节、端午节、中秋节各放假1天，节假日逢周三时不调休，仅在当天放假；逢周二、周四时，调借相邻周六、周日形成3天小长假；逢周六、周日时周一补休。
第二种方案总体来看好于第一种，借用周末形成三天长假对于大家来说旅游度假安排宽松些。但这样也有个问题就是需要前后借用周末，调假太多会让一部分人尤其是上班族觉得难以得到休息，规律打乱。
C方案
●国庆节放假3天，调借相邻周六、周日形成7天长假，假期固定为10月1日至7日。
第三种方案，形成了春节、国庆两个7天长假。不管是从经济发展还是旅游带动来说都是比较好的方式。预计大多数老百姓也会选这一项。
