绥宁县政府征地拆迁办主任、城建投公司总经理谢琼林26日接受记者采访，他说，由于蒋家一直不接受补偿条件，该宗地至今没有被依法收回，也没有被挂牌出让，相关部门将继续依法收回该宗土地使用权。他认为蒋开松在网上发的帖子与事实有出入。房子是蒋开松父亲的，他和母亲都是法定继承人，他本身是当事人，不应该算“株连拆迁”。对于补偿问题，实际上是蒋开松本人坚持不同意货币补偿。
