Implementation of the new tourism law in China in October， Chinese tourists to Korea Jeju-60%

　　中新网11月27日电 据韩联社报道，中国《旅游法》自10月1日起施行近两个月以来，到韩国济州旅游的中国游客明显减少。韩国银行(央行)27日公布的地区经济报告资料显示，10月访问济州的中国游客为14.2万人次，和今年8月的游客人数(35万人次)相比减少了59%。

　　本月截至12日，来济州的中国游客仅为3万人次，今年1-9月一直高达80%以上的游客人数增幅开始缩小。央行认为，从长远角度来看，中国团体旅游市场的合理定价会以高品质旅游商品为主重新调整，影响济州旅游品质的低价商品会自然消失。

　　中国从今年10月开始实施新《旅游法》，为保护中国旅游者在海外旅游时的合法权益和整顿旅游市场秩序，规定旅行社不得以不合理的低价组织旅游活动，且严禁强制游客购物等行为。
