涉事的岩头村村支书已被停职
羊城晚报讯 记者张文、通讯员郭粤报道：韶关仁化县董塘镇岩头村是省级贫困村，村集体全年收入不足万元。有媒体报道称，今年该村竟用征地款组织党员及村干部家属30多人次前往京津和新马泰等地旅游。村支书称旅游花费公款八九万元，曾请示过董塘镇领导。仁化县11月26日回应称，董塘镇政府并未收到相关请示，目前已成立调查组展开调查，并对相关人员做出处理。
据了解，仁化县去年向岩头村征收400多亩土地，拟作垃圾填埋场用，尽管征地尚未获批，460多万元的征地款已发放到岩头村委会的账户中。今年3月，村里的党员们受村干部邀请，并在村治保主任的率领下，一行17人乘高铁、飞机，前往长沙、天津、北京等地旅游，每人只需“象征性”地交纳500元费用。此后，村里的党员又获邀新马泰7日游，仍是村治保主任带队，一行16人由香港飞往泰国，后经新加坡、马来西亚飞回香港并返回。此行每人也只需要交纳1000元费用。参与出游的一位党员透露，两次旅游还有几名村干部家属同行，岩头村组织类似活动是“50年来第一次”。
岩头村支书谢国常在接受采访时称，以前确实没组织过旅游活动，今年因为要建垃圾场，有一笔征地款，为感谢村里的党员对建设垃圾填埋场的支持，才组织他们出去旅游，村干部家属出游都是自费，村干部和党员共花费八九万元。谢国常称两次旅游都曾“请示过镇里的领导”。
26日，仁化县政府回应称，董塘镇党委、政府已组成调查小组配合县纪委进驻该村展开调查。经核实，岩头村委今年3、4月份组织两批人员外出旅游，均未向董塘镇请示，遂作出如下决定：暂停该村党支部书记谢国常职务；所有参加旅游人员3天内交清旅游费用(自费人员除外)；对违规直接责任人严肃处理。董塘镇将认真吸取教训，切实防止此类问题再次发生。编辑： 邬嘉宏
