全国假日旅游部际协调会议办公室27日公布的方案说，根据《全国年节及纪念日放假办法》，为使我国法定节假日调休安排更加科学合理，汇总此前问卷调查社会各方面提出的意见，提出3个调休方案再次公开征求意见。在这3个方案中，第一套方案春节放假3天，调借相邻周六、周日形成7天长假。国庆节放假3天，不调休，假期固定为10月1日至3日，逢周末顺延。元旦、清明节、劳动节、端午节、中秋节各放假1天，不调休，仅在当天放假，逢周末时周一补休。
第二套方案春节放假3天，调借相邻周六、周日形成7天长假。国庆节放假3天，调借相邻周六、周日形成5天长假，假期固定为10月1日至5日。元旦、清明节、劳动节、端午节、中秋节各放假1天，节假日逢周三时不调休，仅在当天放假；逢周二、周四时，调借相邻周六、周日形成3天小长假；逢周六、周日时周一补休。
