JI jianye was drawn to depose the national people’s Congress representative

Journalist yesterday learned from the 12 meeting of the Standing Committee of the sixth, the meeting was briefed on the attention of JI jianye of the 12th session of the national people's Congress representative motion for removal instructions.

It is learnt that, in view of the province's elected representative of the 12th session of the national people's Congress JI jianye was suspected of violating the law and, in accordance with the People's Republic of China National People's Congress and local people's congresses at all levels of the electoral law and the People's Republic of China-related provisions of the organic law the national people's Congress, the Standing Committee of the national people's Congress of the province will remove JI jianye to vote on the 12th session of the national people's Congress representative. 　　记者昨日从省十二届人大常委会第六次会议上获悉，会议听取了关于提请罢免季建业第十二届全国人民代表大会代表职务议案的说明。

　　据悉，鉴于我省选举产生的第十二届全国人民代表大会代表季建业已涉嫌严重违纪违法，根据《中华人民共和国全国人民代表大会和地方各级人民代表大会选举法》和《中华人民共和国全国人民代表大会组织法》的相关规定，本次省人大常委将对罢免季建业的第十二届全国人民代表大会代表职务案进行表决。(王晓映 陆安琪)
