Li keqiang： action depends on timing， set sail before high tide

　　李克强在讲话中提出中国与中东欧国家合作的三大原则：坚持平等相待，相互尊重：坚持互利共赢，共同发展；坚持中欧共进，相向而行。他还提出，中国与中东欧国家之间的战略合作框架应着眼于经贸合作、互联互通、绿色合作、融资渠道、地方合作和人文交流这六大领域。
