央广网安顺11月26日消息（记者孟海 罗雯文 郜林筱）11月26日22时许，位于贵州省贵安新区马场境内的沪昆高铁第七标段施工塔吊发生倒塌，造成中石化西南成品油输油管道破损，约2000吨汽油泄漏，事故中有3人受伤。
发生倒塌的沪昆高铁第七标段施工塔吊属于中国铁建中铁十四局集团有限公司。事故造成3人受伤，均已送医院救治，没有生命危险。事故发生后，贵州省组织了114名攻坚队员及当地干部参与抢险。迅速关闭了汽油泄漏点管道上下游阀门，切断油品来源。为防止次生灾害事故发生，现场紧急疏散了燃油泄漏点两公里方圆范围内的所有居民。
据参加现场救援的消防官兵介绍，救援目前暂时没有什么困难，当地比较空旷，只有几户人家。是塔吊后面的石头，塔吊掉下来时把管道砸破了。事故造成了沪昆铁路贵州境内马场至高峰区间旅客列车运行中断。铁路部门对途经该区段旅客列车采取调整运行区段、迂回和停运等措施，共中途折返17趟、停运18趟、迂回运行3趟。目前，交通恢复时间尚未确定。截止记者发稿时为止，2000吨汽油泄露造成的险情已经基本排除。
救援工作将在明天结束，消防官兵已进行大面积的勘察，看其他地方有没有泄露。目前，贵州省与铁路部门已经联合组成调查组，开展事故原因责任倒查，分清责任，将严肃处理有关责任单位和人员。
