This is 27th in the Guangzhou public sentiment Center information obtained in interviews. It is understood that the Centre took place in October 2013, "evaluation of Guangzhou City public" series of polls.
Polls show that Guangzhou's economic development, 48% per cent of the respondents expressed "satisfaction" and "satisfaction", representing a significant increase of 2012 and respondents on the assessment of living conditions, satisfaction is only 33%.

中新网广州11月27日电 (奚婉婷) 在收入、住房、就业及物价等事项上，广州民众的满意感受普遍不高，其中有逾六成的受访者对物价水平最为不满。
以上是记者27日在广州社情民意研究中心采访获得的信息。据了解，该中心于2013年10月进行了“广州城市状况市民评价”系列民调。
民调结果显示，对广州经济发展，多达48%的受访市民表示“满意”和“比较满意”，较2012年明显上升了9个百分点；而受访者对生活状况的评价，满意度仅为33%。
从就业方面来说，受访者每5人中就有1人表示不满；受访者对收入水平的不满也明显高于满意度13个百分点；对于住房问题，受访市民的不满意度近3年来徘徊在30%左右。
值得一提的是，受访市民对物价水平最为不满。民调显示，受访者对物价的不满意度连续3年维持在六成以上的较高水平，而满意度不过一成。
广州社情民意研究中心有关研究员指出，从此份民调可见，在收入、住房、就业及物价等民生事项上，市民满意感受明显落后于广州经济发展，经济发展的重要目的是让民众分享到发展的实惠，但目前民调反映出实现“共享”仍面临重大挑战。
广州社情民意研究中心是内地专门从事民意调查和舆论研究的非营利性法人机构，是次调查以分层随机抽样方式，通过电话访问了1000位广州市民。(完)
