本报济南11月26日讯(记者 孟祥龙 马云云) 26日，在省十二届人大常委会第五次会议上，省检察院检察长吴鹏飞作了《关于全省检察机关贯彻实施刑事诉讼法情况的报告》，报告显示，今年以来，全省共立查各类职务犯罪嫌疑人3210人，其中大要案2086件、县处级以上干部140人。
今年1至10月，全省共批捕刑事犯罪嫌疑人34544人、起诉57823人。检察机关更加注重综合运用侦查措施、依法全面收集证据，今年以来，全省共立查各类职务犯罪嫌疑人3210人，同比上升16.7%，其中大要案2086件、县处级以上干部140人。
吴鹏飞表示，检察机关更加注重维护犯罪嫌疑人、被告人的合法权益，建成配备同步录音录像和审讯指挥系统的看守所专用讯问室220个。更加注重强化刑事诉讼监督，依法监督纠正刑讯逼供、暴力取证、滥用强制措施等问题。共监督撤案1224件、纠正侦查活动违法4335件，同比分别提高48.4和29.3个百分点。
