蒋开松说，自己被停职后，妻子怕受牵连想和他离婚。他不愿意去民政局，只能诉讼离婚。
妻子的《离婚诉状》写道：“原、被告结婚20多年来，夫妻恩爱，感情极好”，但因为“株连拆迁，使我精神已崩溃，我怕再次株连到我，而不得不强忍伤痛，挥泪与自己深爱的丈夫蒋开松提出离婚。”对于这起离婚诉讼，当地法院没有受理。

“父辈之过 儿子买单”？
11月13日，蒋开松网上发帖公开了他的遭遇。16日，绥宁县政府办公开在网上回应后，18日蒋再次发帖，并公布了自己的名字和电话。
绥宁县政府征地拆迁办主任谢琼林昨日说，蒋家一直不接受补偿条件，该宗地至今未被依法收回，也未被挂牌出让，相关部门将继续依法收回该宗土地使用权。他认为，房子是蒋开松父亲的，他和母亲都是法定继承人，他本身是当事人，不应该算“株连拆迁”。
蒋开松说，这块宅基地是祖父遗留下来的，现在母亲和伯父、伯母还健在，他们是第一继承人。如何处置这块宅基地他们是当事人，他们才是决定者。作为孙子辈，自己目前没有决定权，只有建议权和配合政府做工作的权利。他们不同意让地，政府岂能搞父辈之过，儿子、下辈买单的“株连”做法。
