　　央广网天津11月27日消息(记者张秀凤 石峤) 在为更好地维护妇女儿童的合法权益、促进家庭和谐，天津市首批12个家庭暴力警民调处站在津南区正式授牌成立。作为促进社会管理创新的又一新举措，调处站由天津市妇联与公安机关在各基层派出所联合设立，旨在构筑政府指导下多部门合作反对家暴的新格局。

　　记者了解到，在处理家暴问题时，调解站遵循“重调解、轻处罚、追根源”的工作理念，社区民警和各级妇联干部将变先前的“被动受理”为“主动出击”，在充分调查走访的基础上，为辖区内每户曾发生或有苗头发生家庭暴力的家庭建档，通过入户走访并给予适当救助，尽量把矛盾化解在萌芽状态，从根源上防治家暴对妇女儿童造成伤害。同时，针对正在发生的家暴，民警接警后将第一时间抵达现场调查取证，对实施家暴的行为人进行批评教育，并按照相关法规给予处罚。家庭暴力警民调处站工作人员还将及时提供相应的法律咨询和心理疏导。
