　　评选委员会根据公民参与度、多元性、创业、饮食、夜生活、青年就业率等16项标准评分，选出最能吸引15至29岁年轻人的城市。得分越高，代表该城市越适宜居住、工作和娱乐。

　　上海总得分为583.84，在公共空间、运动和游乐设施方面排第5。多伦多有9个项目排前5名，多元文化、青年就业率高、网络发达等均是主要优势，不过安全、民众心理健康、公民参与度和交通得分逊色。
