XI Jinping signed release PLA equipment regulations

Xinhuanet, Beijing, November 27-XI Jinping, Chairman of the Central Military Commission recently signed a decree, publishing new edition of the Chinese people's Liberation Army Materiel Management Regulation, shall enter into force on December 1, 2013.

New equipment Management Ordinance issued, is Vice-Chairman of realizing the party's strong military objectives in the new situation, implementation of the "able to fight, win" goal requires that further increase the intensity of tubes according to the law, and strict administration of wear, improve equipment organically into a systematic form combat capability and level of protection capacity-building initiatives. Regulation on new equipment around to win informationized local wars under the conditions, for equipment management in the new situation, new circumstances and new features, further defined the connotation of materiel management, strengthen materiel management responsibilities and work, complete equipment operational readiness, training and information management requirements, are officers and soldiers of the whole army must abide by the basic law.

CMC requirements, the PLA and the armed police force to conscientiously study and strict implementation of the materiel management regulations, continuously improve the scientific management level of institutionalization of regularization and protection forces to accomplish combat, training, operations and other tasks.

　　新华网北京11月27日电 中央军委主席习近平日前签署命令，发布施行新修订的《中国人民解放军装备管理条例》，自2013年12月1日起施行。

　　发布施行新的《装备管理条例》，是中央军委着眼实现党在新形势下的强军目标，贯彻“能打仗、打胜仗”目标要求，进一步加大依法管装、从严治装力度，提高装备成建制成系统形成作战能力和保障能力建设水平的重要举措。新的《装备管理条例》，围绕打赢信息化条件下局部战争，针对装备管理的新形势、新情况、新特点，进一步明确了装备管理内涵，充实了装备管理职责和工作制度，完善了装备战备、训练和信息管理要求，是全军官兵必须遵守的基本法规。

　　中央军委要求，全军和武警部队要认真学习、严格执行《装备管理条例》，不断提高装备科学化制度化经常化管理水平，保障部队完成作战、训练、执勤和其他各项任务。
