艾滋病死亡人数首次下降
今年12月1日是第26个“世界艾滋病日”，活动主题为“行动起来，向‘零’艾滋迈进”。昨天，云南省防治艾滋病局召开新闻通报会称，今年1月至10月间，云南省新报告艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人9091例，较去年同期减少585例。其中艾滋病病毒感染者6540例，艾滋病病人2551例，报告死亡2194例。艾滋病疫情也出现新的特点——艾滋病死亡人数首次下降，而性传播和老年人感染则持续增加。

新动向
今年1至10月报告的艾滋病病毒感染者和病人中，注射吸毒传播占12.5%，性传播占86.1%，母婴传播占1.1%，传播途径不详占0.3%；男性占64.3%，女性占35.7%；男性同性性行为报告336例，15—24岁青年学生报告感染者人数45人；报告的感染者和病人中，主要为农民和无业人员，分别占报告总数的63.5%和15.7%。
新进展
1，监测检测和感染者管理
全省共开展艾滋病病毒抗体检测441.2万人份，报告艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人9091例，其中对羁押场所新入所人员检测49075人，发现阳性768人。
2，抗病毒治疗
全省共有207家医疗卫生机构开展了抗病毒治疗工作。截至10月，全省29个中医药治疗点累计开展中医药治疗9925人，正在治疗5614人，已超额完成全年任务(5000例)，全省累计治疗48065人，正在治疗39667人，其中今年新增治疗9883人。
3，母婴传播阻断
1—10月，全省开展婚前保健人群艾滋病咨询检测45.9万人；开展孕产妇检测62.6万人次；HIV感染产妇已分娩941人，其中活产儿950人；对HIV感染产妇实施母婴传播阻断措施覆盖率达99.68% 。
4，行为干预
(1)暗娼干预。推广HIV检测卡工作，月均干预31092人，累计HIV检测56961人，检测率90.3%，现场抽查HIV检测持卡率达66.4%；
(2)男男性行为人群干预。1—10月，全省男男性行为人群月均干预5238人，累计HIV检测8913人；
(3)吸毒人群干预。截至10月底，全省68个社区药物维持治疗门诊及82家美沙酮拓展服药点累计批准治疗38865人，实际在治14347人。
死亡率首次下降
三类高危人群“提前干预”
据云南省防治艾滋病局一相关负责人表示，目前，将治疗作为预防的策略来进行防艾，使得云南省的防艾工作有了很大进展，只要当事人愿意配合，就可以免费享受治疗。“男男”同性恋、“暗娼小姐”、“单阳家庭”都是高危人群，对于感染艾滋病的患者而言，最好是一经发现感染就进行治疗。提前干预，不仅可以降低传染几率，也能降低死亡率。
老年人感染持续增加
“商业性行为”是主因该负责人介绍，2013年报告的艾滋病病毒感染者和病人中，60岁以上占10%。其中，80岁以上报告46例，较去年同期增加了16例。“在对一个市209名50岁至68岁老人进行检查的过程中发现，感染率高达8.2%。其中90%以上的老人是因为商业性行为感染的艾滋病，只有10%左右是夫妻间交叉导致的感染。”该工作人员提醒，老年男性尽可能避免婚外性行为，尤其是商业性行为。此外，通过加强对中低档次暗娼的干预，也能从源头上控制老年人艾滋病疫情增加情况。
检测艾滋有了快速试剂
该负责人介绍，目前，已经推出了一种非常方便的检测方式—自助检测。该新型的检测艾滋病产品只需使用专业试剂在上下牙龈间来回接触5次，再将提取的唾液放入专业的观察槽里，20分钟后一看便知。据悉，该新型检测艾滋病的产品在淘宝网上就能买到，并即将推广开来。此外，云南省已经对5种检测艾滋病的自助检测器进行试验，准确率都能达到90%以上。但工作人员也提醒，该检测结果只能作为参考，最终仍需到专业机构进行检查确诊。
