近期有很多关于本月20号示威员工围堵公司车辆事件的谣言,在此我作为亲历者想向大家澄清一下当时的真实情况。当天我和另外三位同事被部分罢工员工围困在汽车中长达两个多小时,整个过程我都被困无法下车,部分罢工员工情绪非常激动,不断围着车子叫喊、推搡。当时我十分担心我和同事的安全,我相信这对任何人来说都是一种非常恐惧的经历。

在两个多小时反复要求这些员工放出被困同事未果之后,公安执法部门赶来解救被困人员,在解救过程中,部分员工与执法人员发生了肢体冲突,数名员工被拘留。尽管这些员工的行为已经违法,我们还是在第一时间与公安部门协商当天释放了大部分员工。到目前为止,仍有五名员工被拘留,我们正在积极与相关部门进行沟通,力争尽快妥善解决。虽然这些员工的行为已经触犯法律,他们的安全依然是我们率先考虑的。此外,有6名员工声称在冲突中受伤,我们第一时间派人叫车护送员工前往附近的医院检查伤势并支付了所有费用,6名员工经医院全面诊断,最多为非常轻微的挫伤,当天即离开了医院。其中一名声称怀孕的女员工,经医生反复检查,确认并未怀孕。

停车场的冲突全程均有监控录像为证,很多同事已经观看了监控视频,确认了当时的实际情况,不再轻信谣言。我们很遗憾有部分员工违法限制人身自由并与执行公务的警方冲突,我们也很遗憾有个别员工编造汽车要压人的谣言挑起冲突,并在互联网上广泛散播谣言,损害公司形象。我希望用我的亲身经历告诉大家当时的真实情况,希望大家理智看待此次事件,不要以讹传讹制造恐慌。

诺基亚反对一切暴力行为,不论是管理层还是一线员工,我们都会尽力保证他们的人身自由和安全。我们对暴力零容忍。

近期部分员工也对员工手册修订提出了疑虑,我想借此机会来解答。现行的员工手册已使用6年,根据最新法律、法规、和北京工厂去年修订的员工手册,我们希望也对东莞工厂的员工手册做出相关修订。目前,我们还在收集反馈的阶段,欢迎广大员工提出建议,预计明年年初完成修订。

在过去的几周里,我们已经反复强调,目前新员工手册依然在讨论中,并没有最终确认。我们希望与所有员工进行紧密沟通,通过多种渠道征集大家的意见和想法。此外,微软已经承诺,在收购完成后的12个月之内,员工的薪资福利将会与现在保持一致。

一直以来,我们都在尽最大努力理解员工并解决冲突,为罢工员工提供多次机会重返工作岗位。当然,我们会充分尊重员工的自由选择权,对于那些拒绝重返岗位的员工,我们将严格遵循相关规定,解除劳动合同。

最后,关于工会的角色,我想说的是,工会的目标是保护所有员工的权益,是员工与公司沟通的桥梁。我欢迎工会代表员工和管理层沟通诉求,也希望大家为工会出谋划策,推动工会合法争取员工权益。
