  “那些辨别方法纯粹是忽悠。”中国农业科学院生物技术研究所研究员黄大昉昨晚明确表示,消费者真正现在能接触到的转基因食品,主要就是木瓜、大豆油以及一些转基因大豆做的调和油,其他诸如土豆、大米、玉米、西红柿,都不是转基因,消费者在市场上也是买不到的。

  同样,不同品种的大豆籽粒大小形态也具有差异。另外,进口转基因大豆在我国的规定用途是饲料和榨油,市场上不应也不会出现完整的转基因大豆。

  据飞雪介绍,目前世界范围内有两种转基因土豆被投入市场,但都不是为了防止褐变。而早在1995年,日本就通过传统育种培育出了不易褐变的土豆,因此土豆削皮不变黑,并不是转基因土豆的特征。


  有人还质疑洋快餐的薯条用的是转基因土豆,对此中国农业科学院生物技术研究所研究员黄大昉明确表示,在中国生产的没有转基因土豆,即便是美国土豆,近几年也不是转基因的,而在欧盟,转基因土豆不是用来吃的,主要用来加工淀粉。
