这名工作人员介绍，该酒店会提供全套保密及安全服务，“比如说停车，我们有一个专门的院子，有人看守，禁止外人拍照和逗留”。
东城区一家五星级酒店宴会销售工作人员称，他本身就是负责各大国企的公关工作，但由于今年出台了几项反对浪费的规定，很少有国企再来酒店订年会。
上述工作人员说，虽然很少有国企、事业单位等单位来预订，但明年1月份的基本已经被订完，“一般都是私企或婚宴”。

订单预算都少了

昨日，新京报记者咨询了4家年会策划公司。其中一家称，近期仅接到五六家企业的年会策划生意，生意整体不及往年的一半，以前这个时候能接到至少十几家国企和机关单位的订单。

丽晶酒店一位负责宴会销售的工作人员称，往年这个时候，各大银行都会有预订，但今年情况跟往年不同，预订的都是一些婚宴或私企年会，也有外企。
对于发票内容，上述工作人员称，可以开成客房费、会议费等，“我们公司规定最多只能开三张，可以开成房费加会议费，上面不会有年会等相关字样。”
东城区另一家五星级酒店工作人员也表示，今年国企预订年会比往年明显减少。“如果是国企，我们也可以做一些保密工作”，比如不会设置指示牌，“不设指示牌，别人就不知道开年会的是哪家公司”，“宴会筹备工作，我们也只跟一个人联系，绝对严格保密。”
该工作人员解释，由于场地较大，每个场地可以隔成两三个场地来使用。“我们也可以将晚宴时间和其他单位错开。”

年会策划的价格也与往年接近。上述负责人介绍，企业年会策划的收费包括舞台布置、器材租赁、演出费用、人力费用等，外包年会策划的收费平均在3万元至10万元不等。但今年预订的企业年会都集中在5万元以下订单。
奖品缩水iPad变牙膏

昨日，新京报记者从多家年会策划公司了解到，今年不少国企订年会“日期提前”。以往集中在来年1月份，今年企业都愿意在元旦前办完。
位于朝阳的一家策划公司，刚为一家国企做完年会活动，而该企业的年会不仅提前，连名字都改成了，“员工培训大会”。
据该公司工作人员介绍，为避免被曝光，该公司选择了以“培训”的方式在星级酒店进行了活动。“还是有抽奖、演出、领导总结一年工作”这些内容，但“名义已上不是年会了，也不是在年底开的”，一名工作人员称。
记者以国企策划年会的名义咨询时，也有“策划师”提出，“怕有风险，可以不叫年会，换个名字，培训、联谊等等都可以”。
