Xinhua Chinese Premier Li keqiang 26th morning local time in Bucharest to attend the China-Middle East-Western Europe country leaders. 李克强强调，中国高度重视发展同中东欧国家的关系，愿同各国创新合作思路、方式和机制，落实好布加勒斯特纲要，推动中国-中东欧合作跨上新台阶。
李克强提出今后一个时期深化中国-中东欧国家合作的六点建议：
一是做大做实经贸合作，努力实现5年内贸易额再翻一番。探讨签署产业投资框架协议，发挥好大项目合作的带动效应，力争多办几件大事。
二是加快推进互联互通。合作推动中东欧国家交通设施改造和建设，开辟中国和欧洲之间陆海联动的运输通道。鼓励企业在铁路沿线和港口附近建设保税区和物资分拨中心，打造中欧物流“新动脉”。
三是大力加强绿色合作。中国政府支持本国企业积极参与中东欧国家核电等电力项目建设，希望相关国家改善投资环境。
四是积极拓展融资渠道。用好用实“中国-中东欧国家合作100亿美元专项贷款”。中方愿与相关中东欧国家互设金融分支机构、签署本币互换和结算协议，加强金融合作。
五是深挖地方合作潜力。发挥好中国-中东欧国家地方交流短、平、快的优势，推动双方合作更加顺畅有效。
六是丰富人文交流活动。定期举办中国-中东欧国家文化合作论坛、教育政策对话和青年政治家论坛，加强智库、媒体交流。中国愿与各国一道采取相应措施，为赴对方国家旅游、工作的公民提供签证等便利。
会晤后，中国与中东欧16国共同发表《中国-中东欧国家合作布加勒斯特纲要》。

总理“推销”中国高铁
当地时间26日中午，李克强与中东欧16国领导人在罗马尼亚议会宫共同参观了中国铁路等基础设施及装备制造展。
展厅中央摆放着一列长达21米的中国“和谐”号高速动车组模型。中东欧国家领导人纷纷围拢过来饶有兴趣地观看，询问速度和性能。工作人员介绍，中国高铁不仅动力强、载客量大，而且运行噪音低、节能环保。李克强对中东欧国家领导人说，中国高铁技术装备成熟、施工经验丰富，竞争优势明显，完全能够适应各国情况，满足市场的需求。
随后，李克强和各国领导人还通过观看现场展示的丰富图片、翔实数据，详细了解中国铁路既有线路改造以及公路、电力等基础设施和技术装备发展情况。在一幅展示中国公路技术装备走向海外的世界地图前，罗马尼亚总理蓬塔等中东欧国家领导人指着自己国家所在的位置，向李克强表示双方在基础设施领域已经开始了合作。
李克强说，基础设施和装备制造是中国-中东欧国家互利共赢的一个重要支点。中国和中东欧国家政府都有责任营造良好环境，更好地用这个支点撬动和释放彼此合作的巨大潜力，使中国和中东欧国家1＋16的合作产生远大于17的效果。
