Forbes released ranking of best business cities in China， Guangzhou

Shenzhen authorities wide nets, November 28 (Xinhua Jiao Ying) Forbes Chinese version released yesterday, best commercial city, China in 2013, 100 cities on the list. Shenzhen last year increased by one third, ranking second, behind Guangzhou, Shanghai ranked third. This is Forbes ' 10th consecutive year launched the "best commercial city in China." 　　央广网深圳11月28日消息(记者 焦莹) 福布斯中文版昨天发布2013年中国大陆最佳商业城市排行榜，100个城市上榜。深圳由去年的第三上升一位，排名第二，仅次于广州，上海排名第三位。这是福布斯连续第10年推出"中国最佳商业城市排行榜"。十届榜单见证了中国最佳商业城市的起伏，同时也成为企业家和投资者寻找投资目的地的重要参考。

　　在今年的榜单上，广州强势回归榜首，是与经营成本排名相对降低而又保持货运、客运的绝对优势有直接关联。深圳的排名上升了一位，主要是加强了对高端人才的培养与引进。

　　上海的排名从第一位降至第三位，主要受客货运能力及私营经济活力排名下滑的影响。

　　从区域上看，长三角及珠三角两大经济带入选城市排名呈现涨多跌少的格局，扭转了去年的颓势。

　　福布斯分析认为，东部地区各形成的城市群效应开始显现加强，加上较高程度的市场化和私营经济活力，是其经济"韧性"的重要原因。因为存在较丰富的人力资源、较低的经营成本以及完善的交通运输能力，依然是中部地区不断崛起的基础。

　　从整体上看，此次入选的14个城市中，有9个排名上升、5个下降。在东北地区的8个入选城市，在这当中有4个排名上升、2个持平、2个下降，整体是差强人意。而西部地区的11个入选城市中，有3个排名上升、3个持平、5个下降，表现是较不如人意，传统的弱势指标也就是消费能力以及创新能力没有得到明显的改善，而经营成本反而有上升趋势。
