据上海检方指控，林森浩今年27岁，复旦大学上海医学院影像医学与核医学专业硕士研究生，住复旦大学枫林校区西20楼421室。今年3月31日，因与同寝室室友黄洋因一些琐事产生不和，于是找来剧毒的化学试剂N-二甲基亚硝胺，将其注入到黄洋所喝的水中。黄洋在饮用后，引发肝、肾功能衰竭，于今年4月16日不治身亡。
对于检方的这一指控，林森浩表示，他承认确实将N-二甲基亚硝胺投入黄洋所喝的水中，导致了黄洋的死亡。但他对于检方提到的两人因琐事产生不和于是决定杀人并不认同。林森浩称，他之所以向黄洋的水中投毒，原因只是想教训一下黄洋，让黄洋难受一下。而且以他对这种剧毒化学试剂的了解，应该不会产生这么严重的后果，“我之前做过这种试剂的实验，即使进入体内，经过治疗是可以解除的”。
公诉机关认为，林森浩实施犯罪行为具有明确的犯罪动机，将至少30毫升二甲基亚硝胺注入饮水机，超致人死亡剂量10倍以上，应从重处罚。
当庭道歉称愿接受任何处罚
在27日的庭审中，法庭就林森浩的犯罪动机、目的、作案手段、被害人的死亡原因等展开了调查，并充分听取了公诉人、诉讼代理人、被告人、辩护人的意见，并对证据进行了质证。
庭审最后，林森浩表示：“我的行为导致了黄某的死亡，对他的家庭造成了打击。我罪孽深重，我向他的家人道歉。我也对不起家人近30年的养育，愿意接受法庭的任何处罚”。
27日下午6时15分，该案庭审结束，上海市第二中级人民法院将择日对该案作出宣判。

犯罪动机 故意杀人还是“愚人节整人”
庭审中，检方指控林森浩“因琐事与黄洋不和”，“决意采取投毒的方法杀害黄洋”。林森浩否认故意杀人。
林森浩说，自2011年8月起成为室友后，两人关系一般，“黄洋觉得我没生活情调，我觉得他自以为是”。林森浩强调自己是个注意公平的人，黄对人对己标准不一。
关于投毒动机，林森浩说：“这是个巧合。因为3月29日同学约我一起做实验，我就想起了上次实验中留下来的药品。正好那天在宿舍，黄洋和其他同学打游戏时说起愚人节快到了，他要想个节目整人。我当时看他笑得很得意，又想起曾听说其他学校也有过用毒来整人的事，就在心里暗想，你这么开心，我也来整整你。”
公诉人出示的一组证人证言中提及，“黄洋性格外向、强势，说话直接，不注意他人感受。有次假借林的名义批评另一位同学的生活习惯，林知道后有些不高兴。”“林有些内向，曾获得奖学金(2万元)，黄起哄要林请客遭拒。黄有时以开玩笑的方式评价林生活细节，嫌弃林比较小气。”对于上述证言，林森浩表示这是他们的看法，他对黄洋并没有什么不满。
在辩论阶段，检方指出，林森浩的行为绝非只是想教训一下黄洋，林森浩对于N-二甲基亚硝胺的毒性应当是心知肚明，明显是故意为之。
林森浩的辩护律师说，林森浩和黄洋没有明显的矛盾，他没有积极追求黄洋的死，这种行为只是间接故意，希望法院考虑这个情节从轻判决。
毒物来源 从以前实习医院实验室取得
庭审中，林森浩完整介绍了作案过程，检方针对一些细节出示了证据。
林森浩说，有了“整”黄洋的想法后，他于3月31日找到同学吕鹏，准备向其要曾经做实验时用过的N-二甲基亚硝胺。N-二甲基亚硝胺是一种剧毒化学品，2011年林森浩曾用其做过实验，当时剩余N-二甲基亚硝胺被封存在复旦大学中山医院一间实验室。林森浩曾在该医院实习，并写过三篇有关N-二甲基亚硝胺的论文，包括毕业论文。
从吕鹏处拿到实验室钥匙后，林森浩将装有75毫升N-二甲基亚硝胺的药瓶和一支已经吸了约2毫升N-二甲基亚硝胺的注射器拿走。当天下午5点多，林森浩返回寝室，同寝的黄洋和葛俊琦均不在，林森浩就将所有药液都倒进饮水机。
4月1日早上，黄洋起床后接水喝，躺在床上的林森浩听声音判断出，黄洋接了一些水喝下后，立马吐了出来，还开始干呕起来。随后，黄洋还将饮水机整体搬到外面去冲洗。
黄洋离开后，林森浩称自己在一个小时里头脑一片空白，不知所措。随后，他上网搜索有关N-二甲基亚硝胺的知识，结果显示：只需摄入2克N-二甲基亚硝胺，人基本就无药可救，最终会引发肝肾衰竭而死。
事后处置 多次查毒物信息不告知同学
4月1日，林森浩外出办事，黄洋在很短时间内出现呕吐、发烧症状，且病情越来越难以控制。2日，黄洋到中山医院急诊治疗。3日，黄洋转入中山医院重症监护室治疗，血小板数量一度跌到了2，有生命危险。虽然医院对黄洋的症状采取了保肝、抗干扰的治疗，但依然无法有效控制症状。4月6日开始，黄洋进入昏迷状态。
黄洋的同学们紧张调查病因，林森浩也曾3次到医院看过黄洋。林森浩说，为了打消恐慌，他又多次上网搜索N-二甲基亚硝胺的信息，还专门搜索了司法机关如何进行毒物检测。
检方认为，林森浩在发现黄洋中毒后，多次在网上搜索N-二甲基亚硝胺的信息，却不向黄洋的同学说明事实，导致了医院无法查明黄洋中毒的具体原因，没法采取有效治疗措施，最终才导致黄洋不治身亡。所以，林森浩的行为是直接故意杀人，性质十分恶劣。
破案过程 同学查资料买试剂找出毒物
黄洋住院后，室友葛俊琦回校，探视过几次后，葛俊琦对黄洋的意外发病感到困惑。4月8日，葛俊琦猛然想起，林森浩曾做过有关N-二甲基亚硝胺引发肝纤维化的实验，葛俊琦在网上搜索发现，N-二甲基亚硝胺中毒的一系列症状与黄洋完全吻合。他当即给同学孙希才打电话，但由于林森浩回到房间，他挂掉电话发短信告知。孙希才马上安排王欢等人去买N-二甲基亚硝胺，10日终于买到交给孙希才，经检测机构紧急检验，发现黄洋饮水机内有N-二甲基亚硝胺。
4月11日，孙希才等人到复旦大学保卫处反映情况，保卫处人员立刻报警。警方询问林森浩，但林森浩否认投毒。12日，警方立案调查传唤林森浩，林森浩承认投毒。
4月16日，黄洋因医治无效而去世。葛俊琦、孙希才等人说，黄洋去世时已经全身浮肿，他们都已经看不出黄洋的容貌。
□庭外死者家人
不求赔钱只求偿命
复旦大学作为国内顶尖院校，同寝的研究生林森浩和黄洋可谓同龄人中的优秀分子。今年7月，黄洋应毕业，此前他报考本校的博士研究生，成绩名列前茅，而林森浩也找到一个不错的工作。
昨天，复旦大学的一些学生到庭旁听。林森浩的多名亲属也到庭旁听。庭审过程中，坐在旁听席第三排林父一直面色阴沉，紧锁双眉。
昨天庭审中，黄洋的多名家人到场旁听。下午休庭期间，黄洋的母亲在法院大厅内痛哭，难以控制情绪。黄洋的父母表示，没有要求林家赔偿，但坚决要求判处林森浩死刑，“我们的孩子没了，我们要他偿命”。
休庭期间，双方家人保持了距离。林森浩的一名家人表示，林森浩的父母在事发后情绪十分低落，不知道该如何是好。林家的经济条件较差，林母患有风湿性心脏病，这些年看病，已经花光了家里的积蓄，所以没有能力对黄家作出补偿。
