警方介绍，自2008年以来，犯罪嫌疑人黄某等人以广东等地为源头，每天通过物流从广东运送5至10件假冒卷烟到南宁，然后通过物流、客车将卷烟分销至广西各地，各地的“接货人”将这些卷烟批发给乡镇的卷烟零售户，一个巨大的集运输、仓储、销售为一体的非法卷烟经营网络就此形成，辐射广东及广西南宁、贺州、柳州、河池等地。这一团伙具有较强反侦查能力，假烟的外包装均进行伪装，取货和交货全部使用代号。
