　　广东省卫计委表示，明年将在珠三角的广州、深圳、佛山、珠海、东莞、中山等地各选择不少于2个县(市、区)开展试点，其他地市各选择不少于1个县(市、区)试点，争取5年内全省家庭医生式服务可以覆盖所有街道和镇村。在城市社区，家庭医生式服务将依托社区卫生服务机构，签约全科医生；在农村地区，将以乡镇卫生院团队为技术支撑，签约乡村医生。

　　家庭医生主要是解决社区内签约市民身体的小毛病，进行健康咨询，引导市民进行转诊等，先从辖区内的老年人、婴幼儿、孕产妇、慢性病患者、残疾人等重点人群开始，再辐射到他们的家庭成员，最后扩展到辖区内的所有群众。

　　这些全科医生如何选择？省卫计委相关工作人员表示，会在现有基层医疗团队的基础上进行扩充，又鉴于群众对目前基层医疗信任度不高，所以在入职前，会对其进行培训。

　　据了解，世界卫生组织和世界家庭医生组织共同指出，平均每2000人口就要配备1名家庭医生，现在世界上已有50多个国家和地区推行了“家庭医生制”服务。这位省卫计委工作人员表示，目前广东家庭医生的配备数量等细则还未明确，但家庭医生的设立，有助于缓解大医院看病难、看病累的现状，让小病在基层就能得到解决。
