京华时报讯 (记者张然)昨天，中纪委监察部通报，湖北省副省长郭有明涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受组织调查。这是继本月19日中纪委通报湖北省政协原副主席陈柏槐涉嫌严重违纪违法后，10日内该省第二个落马的高官。
此人曾倡导反腐倡廉
郭有明1956年12月出生，是湖北随州人，1982年1月参加工作，历任湖北省水利厅副厅长、湖北省宜昌市委副书记、书记、湖北省政府副省长等职。
郭有明曾在多个场合倡导加强反腐倡廉建设，保障经济社会又好又快发展。尤其强调从源头上治理和查办腐败案件，提出党风廉政建设要强化党委和政府的领导责任，实施“一把手”工程，把党风廉政建设落到实处。
据统计，中共十八大之后，在陈柏槐被调查之前至少有11名省部级官员被调查，包括四川省委原副书记李春城、国家发展和改革委员会原副主任刘铁男、安徽省人民政府原副省长倪发科、国务院国资委原主任蒋洁敏等。
或由巡视组发现线索
前不久，中纪委对外公布，湖北省政协原副主席陈柏槐涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受组织调查。中纪委没有披露陈柏槐违纪违法发生在其任职的哪个阶段。但同一省接连两名高官落马，有网友与此前的巡视联系在一起。
根据中央统一部署，今年6月2日至7月23日，中央第二巡视组对湖北省进行了巡视。巡视组认真贯彻落实习近平总书记关于巡视工作的重要指示精神，围绕党风廉政建设和反腐败工作这个中心，把发现问题、形成震慑作为主要任务。今年9月份，中央第二巡视组向湖北省反馈巡视情况。中央第二巡视组组长杜德印代表巡视组作反馈。杜德印当时指出，巡视中干部群众反映了一些问题，主要是：在党风廉政建设方面，存在个别领导干部以权谋私。杜德印说，巡视组还收到反映一些领导干部的问题线索，已按规定转中央纪委、中央组织部有关部门处理。
当时，湖北省委领导班子成员和省人大、省政府、省政协党组成员都出席了会议。
