人民网北京11月28日电(谢维) 近日，教育部、财政部等五部门联合发布了《关于将在内地(大陆)就读的港澳台大学生纳入城镇居民基本医疗保险范围的通知》(教港澳台(2013)69号)，从今年9月起，在内地(大陆)就读的港澳台大学生将被纳入城镇居民基本医疗保险范围。港澳台大学生按照属地原则，自愿参加高等教育机构所在地城镇居民基本医疗保险，按照与就读地内地(大陆)大学生同等标准缴费，并享受同等的基本医疗保险待遇，财政要按照与所在高等教育机构内地(大陆)大学生相同的标准给予补助。
记者从北京市财政局官方网站了解到，目前在京就读的港澳台大学生已于2010年按照自愿参加原则纳入我市城镇居民基本医疗保险。已参保的港澳台大学生与内地大学生享受同等的缴费、基本医疗保险待遇和财政补助政策，即每生每年缴费100元，财政补助每生每年540元。
