  “超人”、首富、“香港梦”的最佳代表……重重光环的包裹之下,这位85岁的传奇老人曾给华人世界带来了太多惊叹。但今年以来,他的一系列涉及百亿资产跨洋变动的出售与投资动作,也给外界带来许多疑惑。


  日前,在位于香港中环皇后大道中2号的“长江集团中心”,李嘉诚接受了南方报业传媒集团的专访,对“撤资”、楼市、香港前景等热点问题逐一作答,还深入地谈及自己的家庭和人生观念。


  从“超人”到“吸血鬼”


  1977年,当时49岁的李嘉诚一举夺得中环地铁车站上盖发展权,次年又与香港第一财团汇丰银行合作重建华人行,他的财富帝国也从偏僻的柴湾、北角挺进香港的“心脏”———中环。从彼时起,被誉为“超人”的李嘉诚从中环腾飞,一路扩张自己的财富版图,在数十年后成为香港首富、华人首富。


  曾经因战乱举家逃难香港,遭遇年少丧父、中途辍学,做过推销员、塑胶厂老板的他,因为之后数十年间的个人奋斗和巨大成功,被捧为“香港梦”的最佳代表。


  今年4月份,《福布斯》公布本年度华人富豪榜,李嘉诚再次以310亿美元资产,连续第15年成为全球华人首富。

  另一边,自2010年以来,长和系总共在香港和内地以外完成了11笔收购,涉及金额约1900亿港元。其中,欧洲地区占比高达94%。


  涉及百亿资产的跨洋变动令近年愈发敏感的公众生疑:多年来多次宣称“爱国、爱港,永不迁册”的李嘉诚,是否真的要撤离他“光荣与梦想”一步步实现的地方———香港?而近期在内地的系列出售行为,是否代表其已不看好包括楼市在内的内地投资环境?


  “冤枉我的,我不喜欢”


  近年来,除了公司的业绩会,李嘉诚鲜少接受媒体访问。在港媒的报道中,李嘉诚常以“我不想树大招风,又不想‘碰壁’———讲多错多,所以会选择一个适当时候,再同大家慢慢详谈”来推谢媒体的采访。


  或许目前站出来回应各界的关注和质疑,已经是他所认为的“适当时候”。


  在采访开始,未等记者预热和发问,他表示“任何问题都可以问”,在采访中,他说“冤枉我的,我不喜欢,就像这个‘撤资’,人家说了这么多个月,你看,今天是我的一个反击!这是人家没法反驳的,因为我有数字给你们”。在采访快要结束的时候,他笑言:“如果可以重新开始,我可能会考虑选择参政。”

  “地产霸权”实在是一个笑话,我们在外地赚的钱远远多于在香港,过去两三年我们在香港买入的项目较少,香港地价高,已看到不健康的趋势。内地的地价也飞涨,我们也无法成功投得土地。


  【谈政治】


  我并非万能,无法预测政治变化,也绝对没法影响政治,我只能以我的智慧作出对股东有利的事。


  【谈自己】


  我也很喜欢追求最新的科技知识。我还可以透露 ,除 了Ap p le和 三 星A n d ro id,很快会有一个新的操作系统出现。
