　　据趵突泉管理处相关负责人介绍，在今年菊花展撤展的过程中，菊花养殖工作人员已经将可再利用的菊芽拉回种植基地进行筛选，留足品种，冬季下地，明年继续繁殖，丰富下一届菊展品种数量；而剩余的菊花进行集中处理。多年以来济南菊展一直有这样一个传统：在处理过程中，在工作人员允许的情况下，喜欢菊花的市民可以将剩余部分、不具有再培育价值的盆栽菊花搬回家养植再利用，既满足了市民的观赏需要，也节约了管理处的处理费用。因此，并不存在“哄抢”一说。
