推动司法改革成果更多更公平地惠及全体人民
孟建柱指出，十八届三中全会对深化司法体制改革提出明确要求，强调要加快建设公正高效权威的社会主义司法制度，健全司法权力运行机制，推进审判公开，推动公开法院生效裁判文书，为人民法院推进司法改革提供了重大历史机遇。
孟建柱要求各级人民法院深入学习贯彻三中全会精神，切实把思想和行动统一到党中央关于全面深化改革的重大部署上来，
认真履行宪法法律赋予的职责，进一步做好司法公开各项工作，以推进司法公开三大平台建设为契机，不断扩大司法公开范围，创新司法公开形式，使司法公开三大平台成为展示社会主义法治文明的重要窗口、保障当事人诉讼权利的重要手段、履行人民法院社会责任的重要途径，努力让人民群众在每一个司法案件中都感受到公平正义，推动司法改革成果更多更公平地惠及全体人民。
着力实现“四个转变” 切实把握好“四个关系”
周强说，推进司法公开，是全面深化司法改革、是新媒体时代满足人民群众对司法工作新期待、是提升司法水平和司法公信力的必然要求。
周强表示，要大力推进司法公开三大平台建设，充分发挥现代信息技术的重要作用，推动深化司法公开工作取得实质性进展。各级法院要开发完善统一的审判流程查询系统，增加审判工作透明度；要积极推动裁判文书上网工作，逐步实现四级人民法院依法能够公开的裁判文书全部上网公开，形成倒逼机制，进一步提升法官司法技能和业务素养；要通过公开执行信息争取群众对法院执行工作的理解，最大程度挤压利用执行权寻租的空间，加大对拒不执行判决的“老赖”曝光力度，进行信用惩戒，积极推进执行信息公开平台与社会诚信体系对接，促进社会诚信建设。
周强说，推进司法公开，要着力实现“四个转变”：变被动公开为主动公开、变内部公开为外部公开、变选择性公开为全面公开、变形式公开为实质公开，不断完善三大平台的互动功能、服务功能和便民功能，把深化司法公开变成人民法院和人民群众双向互动的过程。推进三大平台建设，要切实把握好“四个关系”：在实施进度上，要把握好整体规划与分步推进的关系；在范围尺度上，把握好推进司法公开与遵循司法规律的关系；在价值取向上，要把握好推进司法公开与加强权利保护的关系；在方式方法上，要把握好利用先进技术与更新思想观念、提高司法能力的关系。
周强要求，各级人民法院要将推进三大平台建设作为当务之急，加强组织领导、强化工作保障，做好统筹协调、完善配套机制，加强督促检查、狠抓工作落实，确保取得实在效果。
中国裁判文书网实现全国联通
会上，周强启动了中国裁判文书网和各高级人民法院裁判文书平台联通按钮，标志着中国裁判文书网已于今日与31个省市区高院及新疆生产建设兵团分院的裁判文书实现联网。浙江高院、武汉中院和深圳中院在会上通过视频短片的形式介绍了深化司法公开的主要做法和经验。
为法治中国建设作出经济特区新贡献
王荣在致辞中表示，深圳较早推进司法公开工作，促进了司法透明度、公信力稳步提升，走出了一条有深圳特色的司法公开之路。深圳将在十八届三中全会精神指引下，以这次会议召开为契机，贯彻最高法院和省的各项部署要求，加大力度实施司法体制和运行机制改革，进一步推动司法公开、维护司法公正，加快形成公开、公平、公正的良好法治环境，为特区发展增创新的优势，为法治中国建设作出新贡献。
在新一轮司法改革中继续发挥好示范带头作用
26日，在市长许勤以及郑鄂、蒋尊玉和市中级人民法院院长霍敏陪同下，周强利用一天时间，先后考察了前海深港现代服务业合作区、罗湖区人民法院、南山区人民法院和市中级法院，并召开座谈会听取深圳法院工作汇报和在深全国人大代表的意见建议，充分肯定深圳市法院系统在审判长负责制改革、“鹰眼”查控网等信息化执行工作平台搭建等方面的积极探索和大胆实践，肯定深圳法院工作为全国法院工作改革创新积累了宝贵经验，鼓励深圳在新一轮司法改革中继续发挥好示范带头作用。
马兴瑞简历
马兴瑞，男，汉族，1959年10月生，山东郓城人，1988年1月加入中国共产党，博士研究生学历，教授，博士生导师。
1988年3月哈尔滨工业大学一般力学专业博士研究生毕业。历任哈尔滨工业大学空间科学与技术系副主任，航天工程与力学系副主任、主任，航天学院副院长。1996年4月任哈尔滨工业大学副校长。1996年5月任中国空间技术研究院副院长。1999年9月任中国航天科技集团公司党组成员、副总经理。 2007年8月任中国航天科技集团公司党组书记、总经理。
