公积金跨区域“通取”
目前，成都在城区和14个区(市)县都设有公积金服务网点。以前，公积金按照区域划分进行管理，职工的公积金缴存在哪个网点就只能到哪里提取。
而下月起，这样的情况将有所变化。据成都公积金中心相关负责人介绍，下月起成都将推出“全域通取”业务，这意味着公积金提取业务打破区域限制，职工可以选择任一网点办理提取，这也是该部门在提取服务上的一项重要突破，将为职工带去很多便利。
该负责人举例说，例如职工的公积金缴存在龙泉，今后既可以在龙泉管理部提取公积金，也可以选择市区或者其他区县的管理部办理业务，职工完全可以根据自身情况就近选择网点。
定制服务拟放宽条件
针对职工人数较多的企业集中办理提取业务，成都公积金中心已试运行了“企业定制服务”，根据企业的需求提供上门提取、专场咨询等。
“例如某大型制造企业职工提取业务量很大，每次职工办理提取需要从位于区县的厂区到市区后子门大厅来办理手续，往返路途较远。为了解决这个问题，我们通过网上政务大厅开通了企业自助提取功能，职工在办理离职提取时，直接在公司相关部门就能办好手续。”该负责人透露，目前“定制服务”主要针对日均提取业务量在300笔以上的企业，今后根据系统运行情况，定制条件将相应调整。
此外，今年成都公积金中心开通了部分业务的网上办理。其中，离退休提取职工可以通过网上政务大厅自助完成提取，贷款职工可以通过网上提交申请、办理预约排号、查询贷款办理进度。
截至10月，已有600多名职工通过网络平台自助办理了离退休提取，近4000名职工通过网络平台提交了贷款申请。
城北服务大厅下周启用
据成都公积金中心相关负责人介绍，12月2日位于一环路北二段的城北新网点也将投入使用。而在年初，成都公积金中心在孵化园开通了住房公积金城南服务大厅，以方便城南片区职工和天府新区企业办理公积金业务。
“城北服务大厅启用后，成都市区内的服务网点达到了三个，每个网点的服务功能是完全一样的，而且三个服务网点都设置在地铁一号线沿线，交通相对比较便利。”该负责人说，城北服务大厅是在成都公积金中心铁路分中心基础上升级扩建而成。新的城北服务网点共有两层办事大厅，其中五楼办理提取、缴存业务，设有8个窗口；四楼办理贷款业务，设有12个窗口。贷款职工在此可以享受到一站式办结的快捷服务。
