濮阳县地税局原党委书记陈存义没想到自己年过七十，整天被做工作，治理马颊河要拆他们家的房子。

濮阳县地税局原副局长王相廷的情况和陈存义一样，在他眼里，安置房应该加个定语，无限期。

马颊河综合治理工程签订协议处的工作人员解释政策，两年安置，过渡期每月800块钱租房费。
工作人员：房子一比一置换，有奖励，前10天是房屋面积的15%，晚些是12%，再晚就是8%。
百姓：现在拆了我们住哪儿？
工作人员：给你一个月800的租房费，四口人以下有2000元的搬家费。
记者在濮阳县调查走访发现，政策大家都能背得出，房子却并非人人愿意拆。不愿意拆，是因为这两年濮阳县拆掉的区域，到现在都没安置好。
侯先生：我不同意拆迁，它现在就是一片空地，就说那是安置房，我也看不到光明，也看不到希望，他说盖楼，一年两年，甚至三年，光明、南关、东边的大屯，拆一半都晒那儿了，拆了的都没安置，所以不太愿意。
李先生：濮阳县政府没有钱，找投资商，把我们这儿的房子扒了，盖成商品房卖，但是他征收我们的地，给的便宜，评估报告合下来84块多钱一平方，我们93、94年买的时候还5万一亩。所谓给钱了，通通都是白条。
濮阳县的一家酒厂，老板拿出所有合法手续，政府要拆迁，得给厂子找地方置换土地，指过六处置换地点，至今没有落实。
葛先生：他没找好地方，又没赔偿方案，也没安置方案，他现在没把这个企业列入议事日程，光说拆，这几天通讯设备，电话、网络，现在信息都没有，只有大电通着。
不愿拆迁株连家人 多对夫妻被迫离婚
市民们不愿意拆迁，不仅因为拆的名义的说不清，安置的地方没着落，更因为拆迁的方法让人很难接受。按照县里的规定，拆迁不是一个人的事。闹不好，家里的人就要丢工作。市民们说，这不就是株连拆迁吗？
田跃娜是濮阳县建行家属院最后搬离的几户之一，带着孩子，一个月600块钱，她租了两间房。被拆的房子房本上写着她的名字，因为老公在文广局上班，答应拆迁前，负责包干他们家的文广局天天给他们做工作。
田跃娜：院里人都知道我们俩关系好，我俩基本都没吵过架，因为这房子，我俩老吵架。他回到家天天给我做工作，局里给他压力，他就给我做工作，给我施加压力，我俩老吵架，我说咱俩离婚吧。领导说他也没办法，他也天天在大会上挨批评，局长都说自己没办法。
为了保住房子，10月下旬，田跃娜两口子办了离婚。可11月4号，还是被迫在拆迁协议上签字。
田跃娜：我说，我们都离婚啦，房产证是我的名字，还逼啥，最后他说你俩是假离婚，县里领导说了，你俩离了婚也不行，两个月之前的离婚才算呢。
婚离了房子没保住 领导称离婚太晚不认可
李青芳的情况类似，也因为拆迁的事儿，和在医院工作的丈夫离了婚。婚离了，房子却没保住。李青芳说，签协议前，他们两口子总被以各种名义做工作，压力太大，离婚后，丈夫已不去上班。
李青芳：不让上班，就算上班，多少年能置办下这个家，所以我跟他说不上班了，不上班还不行，离婚吧，离了婚，房子都归我，离了婚以后还是不行，他不承认。又把二女儿扯出来了，二女儿现在都23岁了，上大四，属于超生，超生是不错，但是以前已经罚过款了，说要把他爸的工资，从二女儿出生那年起，把这23年领的工资都退回去。
10月10号，濮县纪发【2013】19号文下发，算是濮阳县纪委、组织部、监察局、人社局联合出台意见，明确规定，对在规定时间内拒不签订协议、拒绝搬迁、不配合房屋征收的党员、干部及公职人员，一律停职或者停止工作。对科级领导干部予以停职检查或免职，中层干部(股、站、所长)免职并调离原岗位，一般干部待岗处理，后备干部取消后备资格。家里有公职人员，反而在拆迁工作中犯了难。侯先生的女儿在县检察院工作，天天回来给老人做工作。
侯先生：工作没停，让你回家做工作。
记者：这样不是让你的孩子左右为难吗？
侯先生：那是。孩子是听领导的，他说让我拆，我都60岁了，拆了让我到哪里去，现在拆了没地方住。
董女士情况类似，终于抗不过单位，已经在协议上签字。
董女士：迫于单位的压力，才签的字。要按照自己的本心来说是不愿意签这个协议，因为这个协议对我们那片来说不公平。
