  相关负责人说,即便是房产证上只登记了夫妻双方一人的名字,但另一人的相关信息也会记录在房管部门的房屋登记簿中,留下了曾经购买自住房的档案,今后无法再购买。但同时,如果购房家庭中的未成年子女将来成年后,就可以自己单独成为一个家庭,可以自己申请购买自住房。
