人盯人、反侦查、追踪战，预备负隅顽抗的犯罪嫌疑人，看到警察手中的枪时，顿时放弃挣扎……昨天深夜，上海警方破获一起特大贩毒案，破案过程堪比电视剧，共缴获冰毒43公斤，纯度高达80%，毒资50万元，一个向本市贩售高浓度冰毒的特大犯罪团伙土崩瓦解，6名犯罪嫌疑人落网。据了解，这是上海公安自今年五月开展“打防严保”专项行动以来，破获的规模最大、案值最高的一起贩毒案件。
零包贩毒个案背后藏“大鱼”
今年7月，上海市公安局刑侦总队在打击毒品犯罪时，从破获的一起零包贩毒案中，察觉到个案背后有一个贩毒团伙。于是，警方成立专案组，自下而上展开调查。案件的突破口，在于查获了一辆贩毒团伙专门用于运毒的车辆。原来，团伙成员的交易、生活用车，全部采用租赁形式，且经常性更换。团伙又买了一辆外地牌照的丰田汉兰达 SUV 专门用于毒品运输，约半个月活动一次，其余时间车辆都停靠在车库。
通过调取丰田汉兰达的车辆信息，警方发现该车登记的车主是位外地女士，没有任何交通违章记录。而后得知，其是贩毒团伙头目的远房亲戚。经查，这是一个组织结构严密、权限层级分明的地下贩毒团伙，由6人构成，其中，老板吴某和司机曹某是核心成员，其他4人分别固定联系下线的马仔，相互之间单线联系。
人盯人反侦查犹如电视剧
为了逃避打击，该团伙在上海和南方某省分别设立两个贩毒窝点，上海地区的窝点只有吴老板和司机曹某才能进入，南方某省的窝点，具体地址则只掌握在司机曹某手中。该团伙在交易时，还采用团伙内部成员“人盯人”的手法，以防止交易出意外而连累整个团伙。
经外围摸排，警方初步掌握了团伙的组织架构和运作模式。25日下午，曹某带着一个马仔驱车前往南方某省与其上家进行毒品交易，专案组为此派出两辆便车一路尾随，追踪之旅长达600公里。昨天凌晨，曹某与南方一毒贩进行毒品交易。交易前，曹某按“惯例”开始在城内兜圈子近30分钟，“反侦查”能力展露无遗。交易结束后，他便径直走上高速返回上海。
跨省收网缴获高纯度冰毒
舟车劳顿一番后，曹某等人于昨天19点左右返回上海，随后曹某独自驱车来到本市浦东三林地区的藏毒窝点，随后提着一个装满毒品的黑色旅行箱进入小区位于16楼的房间内，此时，老板吴某已经早早在屋内等候。
当晚19点45分，时机成熟，专案组在两省市4地同时收网，共抓获犯罪嫌疑人6人，当场缴获冰毒共计43公斤、赌资50万元、手机多部，以及部分简易制毒工具。一般来说，毒犯贩卖的冰毒纯度介于25%—70%之间，但此次查获的冰毒纯度均高达80%以上，这种高纯度冰毒的大批量查获，连久经沙场的缉毒民警也直言罕见。
值得一提的是，警方在三林地区的窝点还查获了部分用于分解、加工的“再结晶”制毒工具，通俗而言就是将高纯度冰毒进行勾兑、稀释实现毒品数量的“翻番”。
目前，涉案的6名犯罪嫌疑人已被刑事拘留，案件正在进一步调查中。
