　　本报深圳11月27日电 记者袁定波最高人民法院院长周强今天在全国法院司法公开工作推进会上强调，法院应当建立统一的执行信息公开平台，通过公开执行信息，让公众和当事人及时了解法院为实现当事人的胜诉权益所采取的执行措施，争取群众对法院执行工作的理解。要将执行实施权的运行过程作为执行公开的核心内容，最大程度挤压利用执行权寻租的空间，充分发挥执行公开的防腐功能。

　　据了解，执行信息公开将完善执行信息查询系统，开发执行信息短信发送平台，方便当事人随时查询、了解执行案件进展情况。同时，为各类征信系统提供科学、准确、全面的信息，积极推进执行信息公开平台与社会诚信体系对接，促进社会诚信建设。

　　周强强调，在司法公开的范围尺度上，要把握好推进司法公开与遵循司法规律的关系。司法公开不是盲目公开，应当严格遵循司法规律。执行信息公开的时机和节点，应当与审判流程公开有所区别，避免因不当公开影响执行效果。司法公开还应当做到有所为有所不为。法院要充分发挥政务微博在第一时间发布资讯、破除谣言、沟通民意的作用，但也要规范微博运行，不得随意对个案进行点评，不得发表不当言论。
