专家建议落实带薪休假
“三种方案都对民众意见很大的挪假做出了回应，民意的影响力在增强。”上海大学社会学系教授顾骏说。
顾骏还表示，这种放假方案安排并不是没有遗憾，减少挪假主要是技术性的处理，但政府更应该做的是将休假的权利尽量交还国民自己，国家确定法定假日后，其他休假时间没必要硬性代替国民做决定。
复旦大学旅游经济学教授夏林根认为，政府层面更应该加强带薪休假制度的推进工作，只有更好地落实了带薪休假制度，这个挪假现象才有可能真正减少。
