公示信息显示，恒大御景湾项目紧邻东五环，位于豆各庄乡黄厂村，东至规划黄厂路，南至焦化厂北路，西至东五环路，北至豆各庄产业用地。项目总建筑面积约29万平方米，其中自住型商品房面积约18万平方米，单套户型为80至90平方米的两居、三居，总套数约2000套，均价约22000元/平方米。
