　　新华网北京11月30日电(记者 孔祥鑫)记者从北京市住建委获悉，北京市住建委、发改委、人力社保局、教委等10部门近日共同出台《关于加强本市公共租赁住房社会管理和服务的意见》。今后，北京市户籍家庭不管承租哪个项目的公共租赁住房，都将能够享受与属地户籍居民均等的社会保障、劳动就业、公共卫生、基本医疗、义务教育等社会公共服务。

　　据介绍，今后北京市公共租赁住房社区管理和服务将以居住地属地管理为主。该意见出台后，公租房承租家庭的本市适龄儿童可以选择在承租的公租房所在地就近登记入学，破解了人户分离家庭上学难的问题。承租家庭中如有本市失业人员的，还可以就近到承租公租房的所在街道(乡镇)社会保障事务所办理失业登记，享受职业指导、介绍、培训等各类就业服务。社区各类商业和社区服务机构招聘人员时，还将优先推荐失业人员，帮助居民实现就近就业。社区医疗、养老助残等机构也将为承租家庭在居住地就近办理相关服务。

　　意见明确要求，公共租赁住房所在区县政府将承租家庭纳入属地网格化社会管理体系，按要求配备社会管理和服务所需的机构、人员及管理经费，为承租家庭提供社会管理和服务，组织社区文化活动，共同创造和谐的居住环境。
