本报讯(记者赵莹莹)由企业等社会单位持有的公租房，其配租也不是“单位一口价”，而需按照公开摇号程序，配租家庭要经“三级审核、两级公示”的程序审核，还要请单位工会、职工代表等现场监督。昨日，市住建委在官方微博“安居北京”上对保障房政策给予了解答。
按照政策，社会单位可以利用自用国有土地建设公租房并持有、运营，土地可以采取协议租赁方式供应。实施产业调整后腾出的厂房、工业用房等，也可以依规划按公租房建设标准改为公租房，优先解决本单位取得公共租赁住房备案资格的职工需求。
“安居北京”表示，连续3年通过摇号均未能入选的经适房轮候家庭，或多次摇号未中且轮候3年以上的限价房轮候家庭，区县住保部门在有房源供应时，可先安排公租房解决过渡需求，待有可售保障房房源时可优先配售。J201
