  本报讯(记者赵莹莹) 市住建委昨日开始就自住型商品住房的销售管理政策征求意见。记者从相关渠道获悉,目前朝阳区豆各庄项目的登记正在抓紧准备,将争取在本周六启动登记。


  按照自住房的管理办法,申请家庭可以根据自己的需要,申购不同的自住房项目,并向开发商提出申请。目前,北京首个摇号销售的自住房项目已经确定,为朝阳区豆各庄项目,该项目位于朝阳区豆各庄乡黄厂村。商品住房销售限价为22000元/平方米,套型建筑面积全部为90平方米以内,单套商品住房总价控制在200万元以内。


  相关人士告诉记者,目前豆各庄项目的登记准备工作正在抓紧进行,该项目的开发商将专门设立一个网站接受申请,最快将在本周六启动登记。登记启动后,申请家庭将在网站上提交基本信息,如身份证号码等,开发商对这些信息进行初步核对。登记的家庭就相当于已经在该项目“挂上号”。但申请家庭的资格审核以及最终的摇号时间,目前还尚未完全确定。J201

  企业公租房配租也需严格摇号


  本报讯(记者赵莹莹)由企业等社会单位持有的公租房,其配租也不是“单位一口价”,而需按照公开摇号程序,配租家庭要经“三级审核、两级公示”的程序审核,还要请单位工会、职工代表等现场监督。昨日,市住建委在官方微博“安居北京”上对保障房政策给予了解答。


  按照政策,社会单位可以利用自用国有土地建设公租房并持有、运营,土地可以采取协议租赁方式供应。实施产业调整后腾出的厂房、工业用房等,也可以依规划按公租房建设标准改为公租房,优先解决本单位取得公共租赁住房备案资格的职工需求。


  “安居北京”表示,连续3年通过摇号均未能入选的经适房轮候家庭,或多次摇号未中且轮候3年以上的限价房轮候家庭,区县住保部门在有房源供应时,可先安排公租房解决过渡需求,待有可售保障房房源时可优先配售。J201
