　　据新华网披露，从青岛军港出发后，辽宁舰和4艘舰艇采取昼夜间连续高速航行的方式，经东海海域，通过台湾海峡，于昨日上午到达三亚某军港。三亚某军港是海军自行设计和建造的大型军港，具备相应的配套设施，满足各种大型水面舰艇靠泊需要。辽宁舰将在这里进行补给后开展相关试验和训练。

　　这标志着，继青岛军港后，中国正式向外界宣布拥有了第二个航母基地，且第二个航母基地已正式投入使用。

　　今年以来，外媒多次报道，中国正在海南三亚海域附近修建第二个航母基地。9月的中国国防部例行记者会上，国防部新闻发言人杨宇军没有否认这一事宜，只是表示我国将根据国家的经济社会发展情况以及国防和军队的建设需要，通盘考虑航母建设发展问题。

　　在前天举行的例行记者会上，杨宇军在回答南都记者有关航母会否停靠三亚港时，再次回应，“三亚港口目前已经初步具备了停泊航母的条件”。

　　第二个航母基地为何选择三亚？

　　航母选址有何特殊要求，为何我国第二个航母基地选址三亚？海军军事学术研究所研究员、航母研究权威专家李杰昨日对南都记者说，优良的航母基地对于水深、后勤保障、维修设施和港内生活条件都有很高的要求。三亚港不仅处于濒海地带，其他方面条件也符合航母基地选址要求。

　　李杰说，由于航母吨位大、吃水深，其母港一般都考虑水深较大，港内防风、防浪设施齐全的港口。濒海地带通常有半岛和岛链形成天然屏障的海滨，利用这些岛屿构筑防波堤可获得良好的停泊条件。

　　“当然，航母选址不应只考虑自然条件”，李杰表示，由于航母编队作战需要大量的油料、弹药补给，航母基地附近的相关设施也必不可少。考虑到航母每年有至少1/3的时间处于维护状态，航母母港应具有比较完备的修理设施，满足舰载机和航母的中小规模维修的需求，以维持高水平作战效能，这一点至关重要。

　　同时，航母在港区内休养整备期间，长年生活在海上的航母官兵也需要得到抚慰，以保证充沛的战斗情绪，航母基地还需要配备完善的生活配套和娱乐设施。

　　另外，为了保护基地的安全，航母基地附近必须部署有足够的部队和技术装备负责其水面、水下和空中防御。

　　“三亚港不仅处于濒海地带，其他方面条件也符合航母基地选址要求”，李杰说，选择三亚作为我国第二个航母基地，还有国家战略因素考量。由于目前南海局势并不太平，还存在着一些不稳定因素，我国的领土领海主权、海上交通安全等都受到了一定的威胁，选择三亚作为航母基地，能够增强我国对于南海区域的战略威慑力，保障我国在南海的利益。

　　启用第二个航母基地 意味着开建第二艘航母？

　　第二个航母基地在三亚投入使用，是否意味着中国已经开建第二艘航母？昨日，三亚军港一曝光，这一问题就引来中外军迷关注。

　　事实上，中国军方不止一次表示，中国将不会只有一艘航母。海军副参谋长宋学在今年4月23日曾表示：我们将根据维护国家海洋权益的需求，确定航母的发展规模，将拥有不止一艘航母。
