恒大地产豆各庄自住型商品房项目“御景湾”，成为北京首个将摇号的自住房项目。该项目网站今日上午10点起正式接受网上购房申请，进入网上登记阶段。网址为：http://bj.evergrande.com/，热线电话为：010-89766668。
主要为两居和三居
公示信息显示，恒大御景湾项目紧邻东五环，位于豆各庄乡黄厂村，东至规划黄厂路，南至焦化厂北路，西至东五环路，北至豆各庄产业用地。
御景湾项目总建筑面积约29万平米，其中自住型商品房面积约18万平米，单套是约为80—90平方米的两室、三室户型，总套数约2000套，均价约22000元/平米。
报名早晚不影响摇号
相关负责人称，摇号报名登记分两个阶段。今天起是第一阶段——网上申请，时间将不少于15天。第二阶段是到售楼处现场提交材料，但因该项目售楼场所尚在建设中，具体时间将另行通知。
市住建委提示，这次网上报名不分先后，将来摇号机会均等。申请家庭可分时段登录报名，避免“扎堆”。要认真核对报名资料，确保所填写信息与证件和实际信息一致。
购房人所有提交资料待现场签字确认后，均可在市住建委网站查询审核结果，如有异议，可申请复核。

如何网上申请报名
网上申请报名分两个步骤：
第一步，用户注册。
进入恒大北京公司官网首页右下角有“御景湾·在线登记”，进入“注册登记”页面后填写邮箱、密码、验证码进行注册，之后需要登录注册的邮箱进行验证，完成注册。
第二步，用户提交购房申请。
登录注册页面，进入后有“轮候家庭登记入口”和“普通家庭登记入口”。购房人根据自己情况选择进入，根据提示完成购房申请。
约15分钟可完成资料在线登记，之后在线或下载信息表打印，完成网上申请。
网上填报内容：
在线登记的信息主要包括购房人姓名、证件号、户籍地址、婚姻状况、家庭人口数、名下拥有住房套数、通讯地址、联系电话、邮编等基本信息，经适房、两限房轮候家庭需要“资格审核备案通知单”编号。
