会议审议通过了《重庆市人大常委会代表资格审查委员会关于个别代表资格的审查报告》，张国清、曾庆红、扈万泰、赖蛟、王合清、胡可、左军、钱建超8人被补选为重庆市四届人大代表。
会议资料显示，张国清现任十八届中央委员，中共重庆市委副书记、市委党校校长；曾庆红现任中共重庆市委常委、组织部部长；扈万泰现任中共重庆渝中区委副书记、区人民政府区长；赖蛟现任中共重庆渝北区委副书记、区人民政府区长；王合清现任中共重庆江津区委副书记、区人民政府区长；胡可现任重庆大足区发展与改革委员会主任；左军现任中共石柱土家族自治县委副书记、县人民政府县长；钱建超现任中共彭水苗族土家族自治县委书记。
根据有关规定，赵宗洪、杨勇、艾东3人的重庆市四届人大代表资格终止。
赵宗洪，原重庆大足区发展与改革委员会党组书记、主任，因涉嫌受贿、玩忽职守犯罪，被罢免重庆市四届人大代表职务。
杨勇，原重庆垫江县高安镇党委书记，垫江县工业园区管委会党委副书记，因个人原因(违纪)，辞去重庆市四届人大代表职务。
艾东，原中共重庆石柱土家族自治县委副书记、县人民政府县长，因个人原因(违纪)，辞去重庆市四届人大代表职务。
目前，重庆市第四届人民代表大会代表实有863人。
